  • Just going over the WoodMaxx 9900 after 100 hours of use. I am very impressed with the normal wear that this unit has seen.

      You're very welcome. That's why I love making videos. I recommend taking it slow to see what the tractor and the chipper like.

    What areas or parts do you spray with Fluid Film on your WoodMaxx?

    • @gillpecceuservices
      @gillpecceuservices  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Every moving part that I can find except the Belts. Also I like to clean my Woodmaxx thoroughly and after that I like to spray the knifes and flywheel also to prevent rust and have it ready to rock as soon as I need it again. I just recently made another video showing this. th-cam.com/video/9HUKro30Y5I/w-d-xo.html

    Is it possible to put some heavy duty casters on the bottom of the chipper frame? Just curious.

      @gillpecceuservices  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely it's possible. What for though other than to move it around unattached.

      Yeah, just to be able to move it around my shop when its not on the tractor. Mainly to tuck it into a not easily accessible spot of the shop when not in use.@@gillpecceuservices

      @@Oysterhead716 I would recommend that the castors are on a dolly or something else due to them possible being damaged in the field while moving and chipping. Lowering the chipper to the ground is highly recommended while chipping.

    The company is odd, they do not answer the phone, when you leave a message, it takes days to respond. Seems like they have zero inventory. I hope they stay in business.

    Interesting that the min PTO HP is 25, the comparable Woodland Mills WC 88 or TF810 Pro is 35?

      Maybe the other models have different torque reduction and/or flywheel weight.

    What size tractor did you use to power this unit?

      @@gillpecceuservicesDid your 59-HP PTO tractor handle it well?

    • @gillpecceuservices
      @gillpecceuservices  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@triciahill216 It handled it perfectly. I didn't notice any bogging even with larger branches. You have to manage the feed in speed on the larger branches though.
