How do you have the skin on global server? Weren't the skins from the first coa exclusively only to China server?

No, All COA skins were available for both servers. But only COA1 And COA2 are limited skin and will not return like the rest of the COA skins

COA I skins were released in 2018 in CN server. Even thought GL didn't have COA I, the skins were released as special pirate-themed essense in 2019.
