Now here me out, The mans 1st title reign was with Jerry Lynn. 2nd? CD literally changed the game with his Rivalry Against AJ. Jeff Jarrett also ALLOWED AJ to beat him for the title, Since he knew A.J. Could be one of the best. Also I should mention Kurt and Samoa Joe, They helped him truly.
