Stephan, what a great tutorial. Very informative and thorough as always. It is so great for us to have these videos to look back on & see the amazing processes that made our home!🔥😀
Jen we are so grateful to you and Greg for treating us all so well! 🙏🤝 Everyone on the crew was truly invested in the end product, especially because of what great people you are! Plus, you had some amazing trim pieces from the white oak walls, black iron beams, amazing staircase, ceiling accent in the gameroom...I can go on and on...To us we do so many houses and repetition is repetition..that is also why we loved doing your project! Everywhere we turned there was something new, cool, and absolutely next level for us to tackle...we actually love it! Thanks again for being so awesome to our crew and I'm looking forward to many visits with the family in the future!😊😇💪👊🤝🙏🙏🙏🙏

Great question! So we went back and forth on dtm and or all surface, but the reason I chose the all surface enamel is it is really thick, it has rust inhibitors in it that I think are stronger, and comes in package black so I didn't have to worry about weakening the paint and finish with added pigment! I still like dtm, but the I beams had a lot of rust and we needed thick bodied paint that had better hang time..for the "stair stringer" and stronger rust inhibitors! thanks for the comment 👍🙏
I want to come shoot some videos with you. I think we can up your production game to match your painting skills. While your videos are good and informative, I bet we could do 10x better with a nice camera, gimble, audio recording, and appropriate lighting.

How come you didn’t use Sherwin DTM and decided to use the enamel oil?

Absolutely I'd love to talk to you
Off topic but who manufactured the glass? Very sharp looking.
