Thought about playing this but the way the atgm drops after launch is so disgusting that it's an instant turn off for me, I may give it a try if they somehow remove the horrible physics because atgms aren't supposed to drop.
theres something in warthunder where missiles and the likes drop out of the sky if their energy is below a certain level, stalling basically thats what is happening with any atgms that drop down a couple meters after launch. It spawns in the atgm but it has its velocity to zero so it falls to gravity until the rocket motors accelerate it fast enough to have sustained flight
@@profistah I've seen videos of ifvs launching atgms in exercises and the missiles always fly straight from the start so stalling isn't really a thing unless the atgm is somehow defective but this sort of realism isn't a thing right now but I mean, the military spends a lot of money on these weapons so there's no way they'd have an issue, it would be resolved extremely fast.
@@raizencore in warthunder. not real life. warthunder spawns in the atgm as a still object without velocity so gravity acts upon it. the atgm spawns in with its boosters on 100%. hence the drop off and clunky controls within the first second or so, and perfect control further down the line also projectiles do not spawn all the way back at the breech, but more so where the the mesh closes up inside the barrel
Gaijin is really dumb with this missile drop and tow carrier fly capacity in reality look how freaking fast in Ukraine bradley sent tow's into t-90m tank and it reached couple km in matter of seconds.
That’s not realistic. ATGMs fired from launchers do not sink down after exiting the tube. They fly straight. So telling gaijin to remove it is a completely legitimate complaint.
@@ILikeTuwtles As a Masterpiece of Wiesel im telling you that the Player, must have experience with Wiesel a long time to masterize it. They wont fly straight you need to use the mouse precisely.

@@raizencore there are thousands of different types of missiles and launching platforms theyre going to preform vastly different
I love these sneaky attacks
