Hey everyone! I noticed a lot of yall had a lot of questions for me about my elim. I hope I answered them all in this video. Personally I feel my ideas were good, not great but good enough to qualify for the lower bracket of the top 16. However, my execution was poor #thatswhatshesaid. I admit this wasn't my best performance but the experience and feedback I got from the judges as well as other high level beatboxers has taught me a lot. I will continue to work harder to improve and make more music. Thanks again beatbox family!

I really hope you can return to the stage next year, just refine the basics to be more consistent and bring a little better structured elim, and you're gonna fucking smash it! You have the perfect attitude about your elimination. It's an accomplishment itself just to make it to the GBB stage, so you should be proud of yourself. And I totally understand the part about laughing at the moment where you knew you didn't quite hit the way you intended. It's a great learning experience and it takes time to refine those skills to be in with the top. You definitely have what it takes. I am so happy for you Stitch.

I prepared all the battles routines, its just the elim that I had problems with. not used to making sets that are longer than 2 or 3 minutes
Though you had slip ups on that polyphonic voice part, still you did a great performance on stage. And we love how you just enjoyed your performance. It’s like you weren’t thinking that it is a competition. Congratulations!
I could tell that things weren't coming out as well as they should have but overall it was a a great elimination and you definitely had the hearts of the crowd. I can't wait for next year. Btw, D-low didn't sleep on your transition in his reaction vid. Can't wait for more :)

The places where you needed extra time so you can take a breath , are the most original and unusual dynamic changes ! So it was actually better in my eyes cause of it.
You still nailed it man, it takes guts to continue to be on stage while realising your running out of breath, that's professional. Cause the anxiety must be insane.

The exact amount of self-love and Awareness to not seem selfish enough to see your mistakes but also being able to appreciate The moments that you Are good at.
It's great that you can watch this and be mostly happy with it but also critique your own performance. You can practice as much as you want for a live performance but it will always turn out slightly different when you are live on stage. The only practice you can do for that is to perform more live and that will come in time. Overall you did great and there were a LOT of positives to take from your elim. Well done and hard luck not getting through to the top 16 but you will the next time. D-low also loved your transition into the little yodel part which your pitch was perfect on.

The first drop was so insane, probably one of the best of all the elims. Unfortunate that the last routine had issues if it didnt you would have for sure made it in i think. Great job either way man!

regardless of not making top 16, i enjoyed your elim. love your singing style sm man. ofc if i was a judge there are many things i would critique, especially as a singer myself even before being a beatboxer, i would be more critical about things such as pitch and rythym whoch you also acknowledged yourself. but as a listener and a fan, i definately enjoyed it!
edit to add: with all this being said, if you ever want any feedback on singing, or even if you just want an ear to hear your routine. im not saying hit me up or anything but... 😏 id love to help

I was watching this video again cuz I love just how honest and funny you are. I just noticed in the video you critique yourself, then you call yourself the best, then you critique yourself again lol. Shows me you got the right type of confidence, confidence while also being self-critical. That's a good combination of traits to have. You're going to be a killer on the GBB stage next year.
Thanks for these videos and this one in particular since it gives us an inside look at your performance. That's a view that I don't think we get very often, so it's really interesting. I thought the performance was great, but I'm relatively new and basically a beginner. Everyone at GBB is way above me and doing amazing stuff. I think it's good that you can look at your performance critically and pick out what worked well and what didn't so you can figure out where you want to improve. And FWIW, I think at least some of what you noted as not being what you intended (e.g., doing an extra bar of those F snares/hi-hats because you needed more time to breathe) was probably missed by a lot of people. Experienced beatboxers and judges may have noticed, but lower level people like me or people just enjoying the music are less likely to catch something relatively small. Good job!

I am not sure you're more focusing on winning in gbb or you would just focus on what you love, but I really hope you could take advice from few good beatboxer that reacted your wildcard (d-low, alem, onni-chan), but I truely understand that you did an incredible good job as your first time competing with all the veterans, you have endless amount of potential if you could digest the experience and advice well, and prepare for the future, as a Malaysian, I'm proud of you and will always excited to see your work.

i like positivity and stuff, but i think you are the first one that said "it was actually bad". and it was at times. dont get me wrong, i really like you and your style. but alot of reactions just didnt point anything bad out.. which should be fine to do. everyone knows how good you are/or can be. but just not that day. I really liked the first part of the elim and that transition from the first to the second song was amazing. I felt that the last song was too short to have the impact it could have. But other than that still really good for your first GBB. Pretty sure it was very hard with your style on such a huge venue.

You mentioned Hiss' and Alem's eliminations and I wanna bring up something to take a little slack off of your back. Not making excuses but those two definitely practice and have practiced like maniacs whereas I remember you saying in the wildcard winner stream prior to making a wildcard for the gbb you had actually cut back a lot on beatboxing for a while iirc. You've got unique ideas and if it wasn't for the cold, dry venue your special sounds would've hit every time I feel. Practice hard and come back, I know you'll smash it.
Find a way to work the burp (from the 626 effect) into your routine ;) Your was my favorite of all of the solo eliminations. I loved the crowd interaction.
