I single handedly would put everyone to shame on the gore locker. Ive watched to many videos of people running it and their a few things they don't do. I am lights out fast 4min 90° 5gore elbow from flat to built. I'll post videos I've gone all the way up 60" on the gore locker.
Im fast as fuck too, also a skilled machine operator, i can make 100's in a day, from 200mm diameter upto 1650mm, the huge ones take much longer, only 3 in a day 💪15s, 30s, 45s and 90° bends, i seal my own too 😅
@@فكرتيك Look up a company named "Spiro" This is their old machine. The part they're not showing you is you still have to have the gore blanks, whether they're hand cut, burned, or lasered, with certain allowances for the machine. Then you have to roll them and attach them, whether spot welded, stitch welded, or.... these appear to be riveted? It's hard to tell, since the resolution is so low on the vid I'm seeing. I guess they could be really big spot welds.
Let me just say I’m currently installing duct in my home and am having nothing but problems with your elbows they keep coming apart maybe you all should take a bit more time testing and make sure they work proper
That’s an odd assessment Andrew, considering you have no idea where I bought my material from. I understand it hurts a bit when you’re given constructive criticism but it does help especially if you are trying to make a quality part.. it’s no big deal really a trained monkey could put them together however that shouldn’t be something the customer should have to do every time they use you products.
