- This is my kit that I’ll be using for the Spine Race in winter 2023. The opinions are all my own personal opinions.
I had almost been persuaded to edit out some of my more negative comments then as I was putting the kit back into my pack the poo shovel damaged my pack! So I stand by my opinions!
I love the advice about making a hole and putting the bivvy bag over your head. I've always pondered on the question of how I'd get into the bag with a leg injury! Enjoying watching your dot and sending you all the luck!
Love these kinds of videos as I like to see what kit people take. Also - great tip on the bivvy bag, never thought of that & it’s never been mentioned before! Great hoody by the way 😉
100% agree with you on the Steri strips. I came un stuck on the trails, so now carry them all the time! Should be emergency foil bag like you say also!
Absolutely fantastic coverage 👏
Really helpful and informative video - thank you. Where did you get the rear red light from?
Great to see! I think I'd need a separate bag just for all the gloves I'd need. Good luck Kev, have a blast!
Hi Kev, good to see what others are doing. Interested in knowing the brand and model of goggles you have. Cheers
What's the red light you're using mate. Agreed about the bothy bag, always carry one if only to eat inside winter walks.
Hi, thanks for the informative video I learned a lot and enjoyed it. Can you provide any further info./links to help me find the rear light, knife and the same model of SOL bivvy, please?
Just echoing what others have said about the bivvy bag. I'd never have thought of that. Thanks.
What knife is that please? Gearing up for summer Spine and love this video thanks
It's called a Mighty Mini Knife. Quick google search will find somewhere that sells them.
Superb. Many thanks
Hi
What shoes are you taking?
I’ll be starting in North Face shoes with built in waterproof gaiters. And putting a pair of Hoka Mafate in my drop bag.
