I think it would be possible with Prep Time. People tend to take Spider-Man as the kid of the group, because that's how the movies and cartoons portray him, but he's actually a genius level intellect who does in fact prepare for his fights. At one point in the comics, back in the 90s, there was a point where he told Mary Jane that he does in fact have tactics to take down the Avengers, if they ever become a threat. That came to fruition years later in Superior Spider-Man, where Otto in Spider-Man's body, fought against the Avengers at one point early in the story and he completely owned them. It wasn't until Ghost Peter distracted him that he got sucker punched and taken down. Now of course, I'm not saying Spider-Man could easily take down Thor or Hulk, cause he most likely can't. But if it's just Cap or just Iron Man, I think he has a pretty fair chance. For Cap, Spidey's much stronger than him in brute force, but Cap has the advantage in skill and experience, so just rely on Spider-Sense and look for an opening to hit him with full force. And for Iron Man, he'd have to find a way to take out the suit. In "Back in Black : What If" he did in fact beat Iron Man down to a pulp and used his own weapons against him.

The movies don't give Spider-Man enough credit. This is how he is supposed to be. One of the only times they actually came close to depicting his strength was in Spider-Man 2 when he stopped the train from crashing.

I know this comment is old but I'm sorry Spider-Man is not catching a blow from Thor and he's especially not holding it for more than even a second. I also feel like by the point in time u commented this the films did give Spider-Man credit in terms of strength, he goes toe to toe with Captain America and Winter Soldier for crying out loud, it's just for the most part he's not going up against heavy hitters which really is the case most of the time in the comics too.
