    For the spicy Tonjiru, could you use Gochujang instead of doubanjiang?

    💝My Japanese cooking teacher showed
    a variety of pork based colorful miso soups.
    To make in person these may be rather hard. Using pork makes broth nutritious.
    I went to wa((washington)capital of America) too but in my case it resulted in very short time. Have a comfortable weekend ~★
    By 🛬 airplane it takes within 3hours from here. Thus don't tell me there is any time difference between here & there. 💕
