The longer you listen the better, wear headphones shut your eyes and focus on the recitation and listen with absolute concentration and ask Allah to show you if you are afflicted or not. Then listen and see if you feel anything.

Agr aapne taweez pehni hai toh aapko kabhi shifa nhi milegi isliye pehle taweez utariye or Allah se tauba kariye apni gunaaho ke liye. Fir raat me 500-800 baar roj 3-4 ghanta dekr Ayatul qursi padhiye or 5 times ka namaz padhne ke baad ruqya suniye 1-1 ghante ke liye. InshaAllah aap bohot jldi thik ho jaogi
