Seungmin is the lyricist and one of two composers of this song. It's his own story. We Skies (Seungmin biased Stays) and Seungmin himself teared up watching this MV. Man went through so much but never opened up about those before. This time, he did it through his another passion, singing. He's grateful that we're on his side and we're grateful that he is on our side. I truly love and adore this man a lot....TT
Since the start of the world tour this solo resonates the most with me. I can’t remember if it was a skz code or interview he did earlier this year when asked “what performance would members love to do” he said to be on stage and play a guitar. That answer stuck with me.

This one was one of my favourites from the start, but with the video it had me in tears. It reminded me of when I was his age. I had a similar decision to make and I never regreted thechoice I made then. As I'm sure he doesn't. And I had friends around me who pulled me through. And most of them are still with me all these years later. I can't wait to hear this live next year! 💖

And we can clearly see how personal and vulnerable this track was for him, telling the story of his life. I just got to know your channel now on this comeback, but I loved all your reactions so much. I also came from a rock/metal background so it shocked me the amount of releases, but I agree with you, they are always putting out music of the highest quality. It's insane. I hope you watch Seungmin’s Leemujin service after i watched that i thought he is really special singer, not many people have his tone and talent he is gifted hardworking singer. it’s sad that not enough people know his full potential.

Since childhood, Seungmin dreamed of becoming a baseball player, trained, then injured his shoulder and had to choose another career, since he was, as far as I remember, in the choir, he decided that he wanted to become a singer, and in the video there is a kind of autobiography, which he himself mentioned in the intro, his first dream and the current path that he chose the path with stray kids (in the library he pulled out a card with members from the book), the moment where he stopped shows that he chose a different path, different from his friends
2:30 Fun fact, the library card their debut date written, also every member's names and date of birth with their handwriting. 4:00 So for me, basically i think the drawing symbolize the old him who dreamed of becoming a baseball player and wanted to pursue that path. This song is about about his first love for baseball and his current last love for singing or music. It's about going through difficult times when he's having a hard time giving up Baseball that was everything for him at the time. 5:32 And in this time of video where Seungmin started running the opposite way, is him coming terms to the fact that he couldn't pursue baseball anymore and started to achieve the singing or music career that he has doubts or hesitate to pursue or do in the very beginning. 6:46 And the drawing in the paper symbolizes the new path or career he pursued and finally became a musician or singer. And eventho he already in a different path, he will always love and treasure baseball in his heart.
