The mouth instrument is called a juice or jaw harp, usually given to the person in the gathering that cannot play any other instrument (like me).
There is only one professionally trained musician in the group, the only qualifications to get in is one has to sing or play and instrument.
The group practices in between their community choirs, someone donated/built them a yurt style wooden studio for practice.
Otyken is a local term meaning: a sacred place where people lay down their arms and talk.
