Good morning Miss Linda Ray and Brook, it’s wonderful to see youth’s so involved with their animals. I noticed at our county fair several years ago that goat people are crossing the Nubian dairy goats and the boar goats to get a better dual purpose goat for both milk and meat. I was very impressed with the quality of their animals and the care they provide to have healthier stronger animals and more resilient browsing animals as well. Both of my daughters were in 4-H, one had a jersey heifer calf and raised her to be a great mother and milker. The other was into sewing and had several different projects over the years. Have a wonderful time with the fair activities and stay safe. Blessings to you and your family.
