I have problems with my Sinus too when traveling ate Say..most especially if may sipon ako a day or two before flying..magiging clogged talaga sya during the flight. What I do is I take antihistamine an hour before going on the plane to reduce the swelling sa nasal ko..then eventually hindi siya sumasakit during the flight at all. Minsan kasi pag umaandar yung allergic rhinitis ko yun yung problema ko during flights but now ‘yun yung isa sa travel hacks ko to feel better while on the flight. God bless sa travels mo!
