We have invited Patrick Hoverstadt to speak on strategy.

(2) What advice do you have for people on how to best engage in the topic of strategy in their organization?
Patrick Hoverstadt has written "The Fractal Organization" and co-authored "Patterns of Strategy". He does consultancy mainly in organisation design, strategy, business architecture and organisational change using systems approaches.
