I had severe depression years ago, I would recomend SUN , to have sunbath in the skin, better in nature, SLEEP with NO NOISE, far away from magnetical source , Pc or mobil phone ; EAT garlic and zinc: eggplant, chicken thigh, and magnesium; Sleep, and pray for her. But not she because the head is normally overloaded. And think that Our Lord doesn't want we to be in that way. We are so important for Him, HE did not die at the Cross for we to stay so bad. This though helped me much for leaving people that were good person, but they were doing bad to me. I will pray for her
How is Lisa now? Depression can be very debilitating. Each person is different and will respond differently to various interventions. I pray Lisa has improved. (I found medication did nothing for me so I stopped using it. Also psychiatry and psychology intervention was of little use. I use prayer to interrupt and change my negative feelings. I have improved immensely in my outlook. I still have days where I need to stay home however they have become an occasional occurrence. I have also involved myself in the ‘soup kitchen’ at the parish and found helping/ listening and interacting with nonjudgmental people has helped me. My prayers for Lisa’s continued recovery. ) 🙏🏻💕🤗

I attended St Joseph's Catholic school in the early 50s. I've made my holy Communion and confirmation. I remember my friendships with the Nuns and Holy Father. I have nothing but fond memories. I am a testimony of St. Michael's protection and guidance. Twice my son has been protected by my prayer and chaplet to St. Michael. My son works with the petroleum co. For a wk.he had been trying to contact his boss in Denver. One morning he was just parking in front of the bank when the call came from his boss but at the same time shots rang out. He slid below the steering wheel and told his boss he was caught in a bank robbery. He cut the call and remained quiet and still. He heard running feet passing his vehicle, he peeped and saw the commotion and went out. Suppose he had been inside the bank, he was there to get payroll for his workers. Another time as he left the gas station, where he went to fill up, he was called that 5 minutes later, the station was held up. I pray the St. Michael prayer and my guardian ángel prayer and pray the chaplet daily. I believe in the power of God and the intercession of His angels.Amén

I have improved immensely in my outlook. I still have days where I need to stay home however they have become an occasional occurrence. I have also involved myself in the ‘soup kitchen’ at the parish and found helping/ listening and interacting with nonjudgmental people has helped me.

I am a testimony of St. Michael's protection and guidance. Twice my son has been protected by my prayer and chaplet to St. Michael. My son works with the petroleum co. For a wk.he had been trying to contact his boss in Denver. One morning he was just parking in front of the bank when the call came from his boss but at the same time shots rang out. He slid below the steering wheel and told his boss he was caught in a bank robbery. He cut the call and remained quiet and still. He heard running feet passing his vehicle, he peeped and saw the commotion and went out. Suppose he had been inside the bank, he was there to get payroll for his workers. Another time as he left the gas station, where he went to fill up, he was called that 5 minutes later, the station was held up.
I pray the St. Michael prayer and my guardian ángel prayer and pray the chaplet daily. I believe in the power of God and the intercession of His angels.Amén
