In my country, argentina food is not as bad as in the usa. Since we are not a fully developed country so to speak , we can get organic food quit easily. One of the major benefits of living here. Great info as usual. Kisses ❤
Eh... There is nowhere to get milk kefir for example, or just unpasteurized butter/milk, in a city. Americans know much more than us on average, due to the hostile environment they inhabit, they also have specialized apps to filter out garbage in supermarkets, better supplements and tech to improve health. Water filtering systems are prohibitively expensive in Argentina also. We have better women, so I wouldn't trade places.

Maybe you know, Argentina, but that doesn’t mean you know the food in United States . You only know what you hear or see on TH-cam . Basically, what you’re fed about the United States is what you believe. Per the website, macro trends, United States has a longer life expectancy than people in Argentina
The real food is the same everywhere, you just don't purchase processed crap that resembles food in America. It's always in the center of the stores, shop around the sides only. 😅
My best friend lives in Sao Paolo .... We're both in our late '60s, known each other forever. This is a person who bikes everywhere, goes wild swimming regularly she doesn't work out per se but is amazingly healthy .. recently developed cervical spinal issues; her doctors were going on about spinal fusion. No no no! She began with acupuncture and is using lazer red light regularly .... problem gone. I had a hip fracture tripping over my dog a few months ago and frankly a lot of well meaning physio therapists aren't thoroughly qualified. On her recommendation have been doing the same thing and feel better than pre surgery, I also swim, my family used to have a house in Istria so throughout my life access to the ocean was huge and hiking with my dog keeps us out about an 1 hour and a half during the course of the day. The effect on sleep/circadian rhythm is huge. Actually this is, to me the best post Thomas has put out, been sending it out to my friends. My family never ate processed foods and for ethical reasons I eschew meat, although wild caught fairly small fish is fine; (my Dad was a fisherman as was my late husband) I am lucky as I live close to a Mennonite community and get raw goat milk which I make into yoghurt and feed my dog with; my mum taught me how to make sourdough bread which I don't eat that often but also good. I know Rhonda Patrick is a huge proponent of high intensity activity during the day ... I;m incredibly lazy but it is amazing what a minute or 2 of air squats will do getting up from my computer to which alas I am sort of glued ... great comment btw, tx!
Don’t forget scented products like laundry detergents and dryer sheets that leave clothes covered with toxic endocrine disrupters and an overpowering nauseating smell that would require dozens of washings with unscented soap to clean the toxic residue away.
Yup. Not just clothes, either. Those stabilized chemicals fly around the home and adsorb onto many plastics that people use/reuse for eating or food storage.
I wish all synthetic fragrances of any type or purpose disappeared. The chemicals and phthalates are so toxic and difficult to breakdown it’s literally a form of assault. I never agreed to being poisoned and that’s exactly what is happening.
@@duffer11the fragrance and dyes don’t do the cleaning. Seventh generation fragrance free or they use natural essential oils that are less toxic but some are toxic to pets and mimic estrogen. Rinse cycle with white vinegar. Whiten with Borax.
I agree. Since I dumped all the processed junk and excessive carbs, I come home from shopping with a basket full of dairy. Can't afford to live on steak, and veg prep is a total faff. My favourite meal of the day is Greek yoghurt full of nuts, seeds, and berries.
Live in europe (germany) but the greek yogurt is mostly only "greek style".....with a1 cows, but i like the 10% fat😊 More and more i look out for sheep or goat yogurt which is definitely a2.... And i like the bit stronger taste for salad dressing... 👍🏻
To be honest, almost the same amount of activity to wash a dish by yourself as to put it in the dishwasher. Dishwashing is nothing when you live alone or maybe 2 people. Just rinse it immediately after eating, maybe a tiny bit of sponge movement and that's it!
@whatsupchicken OMG..I'm washing dishes all day long. And all night . I hate having dirty dishes. What happened to the days of paper or plastic plates.. too much $. And bad for the environment. The last time I had paper plates they were also burdensome. Too much garbage.. Gee in the old days I must have eaten out alot. I didn't have alot of garbage. Nor was I always washing dishes.. I did go out to dinner often. And I worked.
The most efficient person washing by hand is incapable of comparing to how little water a full dishwasher uses. It’s not even close. If you care about the environment and water usage, an energy efficient dishwasher is the answer.

As an engineer, I find it incongruous that our dishwashers with their rather intense rinse cycles could leave a film on dishes and flatwear that would be easily removed by a casual rinse in the sink.
I think rinse aid might be the biggest issue. Thomas has mentioned rinse aid in another video long ago. So even though your dish does a thorough job rinsing the spotless drying process leaves a toxic film behind.
Dang, now I have to research how to clean my dishes properly in the dishwasher. Crazy as it sounds I will take a look at adding vinegar. I will explain later…
I switched from drinking Alcohol to drinking Kava. After going Carnivore and cutting out things like alcohol and trying to have a drink occasionally I found I don't care for the taste or feeling of alcohol anymore. I found out about Kava and tried it, which I'm glad I did as it provides a nice calm and relaxing effect.
I don't know anything about Kava, but alcoholism runs in my family and has had devastating effects on it, so CONGRATULATIONS on ridding yourself of booze! (Not saying you were an alcoholic, but glad you are off that slippery slope that leads to nothing good.)

I've avoided emulsifiers for two years now. Recently i tried some dark chocolate that contained emulsifiers and i noticed it had a soapy texture. It really feels intuitive that it would strip the mucus layer from your intestines.
Thank god for this video. Struggled with what doctors call CFS but for me it's extreme chronic inflammation and visceral fat increases symptoms exponentially such that I lose my way, stay fat and therefore stay unwell. Working hard to go very lean and HIIT is so effective against my symptoms.
Celiac it's an autoimmune decease. If I eat pasta, it's only imported form Italy, and we also have flour that improted form italy or GF flour (Sorghum, coconut,)
food for thought: Without getting into the details, as my dishwasher is old and there are many varieties; My final rinse in the dishwasher is with Borax. I believe that residue is useful to us as a trace mineral. Also - the vast majority of dishwashers aren't designed to use the pods, either. Just avoid the pods.
1) what about the sweetener allulose? You didn’t mention it…is it inflammatory? Or does it help with inflammation? 2) regarding rinsing dishes and silverware after washing them in the dishwasher…if a quick rinse gets rid of the residue, doesn’t the dishwasher’s rinse cycle do that? If not, can we just activate the rinse cycle after the dishwasher goes through its cycles and shuts off?

I’ve seen more and more A2 milk on the stores I go to. Wondering about A2 half and half and A2 heavy cream. Would these be helpful? Or is there so little of that protein in these products that it’s not worth worrying about? I haven’t yet seen them on store shelves.

High intensity exercise (specifically weight lifting) will ALSO double your ketone production (likely by burning hard through any stored or generated glucose). My ketone levels go from around 2 to mid 4’s easy, when I lift weights. I lift for a half hour or so, 3x a week, with dumbbells. Nothing heavier than 25lbs each. Curls, chest press, triceps kickbacks, bent over rows, deadlifts and squats. Hit pretty much everything, and nothing fancy.
Interesting about the dish washer. Since moving back to the US and using a dishwasher all the time, my gut inflamation has been out of control. My dishwasher has an extra rinse option. I'll use the cycle for a month or two and see if it helps. If it does, I'll come back and edit this post.
I’m pretty sure the last thing a dishwasher does before ending the cleaning cycle is a rinse. I’m also pretty sure the rinse is done just with water so if that’s correct, what’s the point in rinsing them, using the same water source, just before use?

My wife and I have just discovered Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 milk products. We noticed a digestive difference but haven’t noticed an inflammation difference.. yet! Higher quality for sure but shorter shelf life… so good though!
We buy Kalona dairy products which are all grass fed. We make our own kefir from their whole milk which is fantastic for gut health with the healthy bacteria
I have been saying for years that the harsh commercial dish soaps can not be good for us. Think about how strong they are at breaking down fat deposits (lipids) even when you hand wash. Use sparingly and rinse very thoroughly.
Bought it, it doesn't taste sweet unfortunately, kinda nothing like really. I was surprised and saddened with the 5# bag I will now store until my death.😂
Tx Thomas this was thoroughly useful information, I don't eat honey, worried about the bees, yes one of those people; living in Canada Maple Syrup yes in small quantities and I think oatmeal gets a bad rap steel cut or oat groats; dates nuts seeds wild blueberries etc. been my breakfast for years with homemade yoghurt. Thank god for Instant pots! I use olive oil but small bottles and frankly don't cook with it; it's mostly in salads where it doesn't get exposed to high heat. You did a segment on buckwheat recently which due to my family's background has been part of how I eat forever ... (i live near an Asian market a plethora of mushrooms and soba noodles ... Miso paste doesn't have the same effect on blood pressure as I know you know ..... i make my own kimchi, and sprout broccoli; life long foodie .... My dog gets it as a food topping .... Also wild rice is easier to obtain up here in Canada than elsewhere also farro and watercress, Don't eat rice, not worth it.... I no longer feel guilty about Pecorino Romano btw which is now mostly from Sardinia, although when at school in Lausanne the cows grazing on fairly high altitudes probably produced high quality butter which I never thought about .... recently went on Chronometer out of curiosity; my fibre is about 69 grams (beans) and you would disapprove;re protein averages; I do do 8 hour intermittant feeding window, just used to it now; get 20 gms protein per meal which I think you might find a bit low (I weigh about 115 lbs) ....rambling on a bit; a really great post have been sharing it with friends ,,,, many tx! I am aspirationally vegan but have made my peace with my diet. In my later years, yes I do resistance training it's been really helpful. I could go on and on and thankfully won;t. Been subscribed to your channel for yonks; the food wars have kept me silent but I'm too old to care now. You provide a much appreciated service!

The difference in wheat products between NA and Europe has nothing to do with gluten. It is a red herring. flour in enriched in NA, it isn't in Europe. That is the difference.
I was under the impression that the Monsanto “Roundup ready” wheat used in America was the problem. There is a condition “non-coeliac gluten intolerance” resulting from ingesting products made from this wheat. People with this issue go to Italy and eat the bread there without any ill effects.
@@alisonclunes9745 Yeah.... no. Like the Frankenfood arguments of the 90s, the same misinformation still exists. Roundup Ready plant strains is nothing exciting when you understand what it means. Through a highly efficient process of selective breeding, they created a strain of wheat, canola, barley and corn that does not react to glyphosate based herbicides. Essentially they bread wheat with a type of grass till they got the trait they desired. It is no more weird than red haired people or small dogs. Gluten intolerance when studied came down to nothing more than a socially pressured placebo effect. I cannot quote the study performed but it was in the states, and it came down to if you told people it had gluten, they felt ill, if you told them it didn't they were fine. The exception is true celiac people which is a hormone imbalance. You must remember that humans engineering food is nothing new. We've been going it since the dawn of agriculture. but when it is done by someone is a white coat vs a straw hat people panic. BUT mills being required to add extras and fortifying flours is a reasonably recent thing and it is the one thing we do here that they don't there. the addition of folic acid for example, which ~50% of people lack the digestive enzymes to use, which leads to buildup in the body and causes inflammation.

As someone who has a pretty severe flare up myself from most common breads I started ordering flour from France and Italy (shipping is pretty $$$ but worth it) for making homemade sourdough and pizza. The difference is stunning. Even making bread from local flour there is a response that is noticeable but this is totally different somehow. I can eat bread made from those flours every day if I want and the inflammatory response is neglible by comparison. I've also completely switched dairy to A2 and goat milk based so no complaints there.
I’ve lived with a dishwasher for 21 years. And I haven’t used it even once. The residue is obvious. And it had to be detergent. How could that be anything but bad for you? I’ve recently been thinking about using the dishwasher. It saves so much time. If I do, I will definitely rinse the dishes, using my fingerprints. Our fingerprints are actually very useful for cleaning things. Probably vital before soap was invented.
Full spectrum bulbs are 5000K, no more than 5500K. Lower is warm yellow light, higher is blue light. A lot of smart bulbs (which fit into normal sockets) can be set to 5000K. White hydroponic lights are also generally full spectrum. Having full spectrum bulbs in all your lamps can improve your mood a lot.
Thomas- I think it would be cool if you could do like some kind of a loaner program where you could loan out (with a reasonable deposit or hold on a credit card) for a short time some of these products that sponsor you. Instead of sending a brand new unit for each customer, you could have sone dedicated rental devices like the red light lasar thing. That way, people could feel totally free to do a short trial period with a used device for a small investment, and then if they like it they can buy one. Or they can even buy the rental one for a discount.

I didn't even know I was gluten intolerant. My tongue was sometimes sore and white. I thought I had a fungus. I had hemorrhoids and loose stomach sometimes. I removed gluten and everything went away. Keep in mind that you can be lactose intolerant at first before your intestines have healed. The lactose receptors are on the intestinal villi. It has to heal before you can tolerate lactose again.

Dairy is absolutely fantastic if you’re a baby calf with a stomach and three compartments (Cows technically only have one stomach, but it has four distinct compartments made up of Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum and Abomasum) that needs to gain hundreds of pounds in a matter of months. Other than that, no mammal, not one among more than 6,000 mammals, needs their mommy’s milk beyond infancy. Also, a mammal is designed to drink their own species’ milk: rats drink rat’s milk, kittens drink cat’s milk, puppies dog’s milk, etc. None are meant to drink a different species’ breastmilk. If you insist on drinking an animal’s milk, choose your pregnant dog’s milk since it’s more convenient to call your dog over, and squeeze its milk right into your coffee.
A2 milk for me ... grew up in Switzerland and since I moved to Canada I was struggling with milk until I foubd A2 here about 15 years ago. No issues any more 🙂
I've heard that the brown cows in Switzerland are a2 cows, but the german black&white Holstein cows (more profit& that counts sadly ) are a1 Goat&sheep definitely a2.... -From me as a german 🙄

Just make sure it's "raw" honey. Manuka is better, but not necessarily for the price. I was given Manuka honey from a doctor to put on a wound from a snakebite. Good stuff!

I am afraid of the A2 milks. I have been lactose or milk and cream intolerant since my early 20s, I am 75 now. I can eat yogurt, cheese, sheep or goat cheese. No problem.
Im ao allergic to honey. Sucks. I literally cant breathe after eating it. Eyes swell nose gets plugged. Last hours and hours unless i take a antihistamine fast. To bad cause i love honey in my tea.
Well...not only are seed oils easily oxidized, they also have quite a low smoke point. ANY oil that does not have a HIGH smoke point, is immediately turned into a TRANS fat, right there in our cooking pan - as soin as enough heat is applied to it - and that applied heat is pretty low, in order too transform these oils to (deadly) TRANS FAT😮
About avoiding A1 casein. Make sure your dairy source is from Holstein, or Guernsey cows. (Tan coat). NOT the (unfortunately, more common in US) Jersey cows.. which produce mostly A1 Casein These are the common black & white spotted cows we see here mostly in the US dairy industry😒

A2 milk messes me up just as much, if not more than regular milk. However, grass fed milk of any variety has a much lower chance of giving me symptoms and the ones I do get are not nearly as bad.
Dr Layne Norton just did a video about some study that said seed oil is just fine and dandy . would like your take on the study he cited. He did say the people of the seed oil religion would lose their minds over the findings. lol

To be honest, almost the same amount of activity to wash a dish by yourself as to put it in the dishwasher. Dishwashing is nothing when you live alone or maybe 2 people. Just rinse it immediately after eating, maybe a tiny bit of sponge movement and that's it!

The last time I had paper plates they were also burdensome. Too much garbage.. Gee in the old days I must have eaten out alot. I didn't have alot of garbage. Nor was I always washing dishes.. I did go out to dinner often. And I worked.
The most efficient person washing by hand is incapable of comparing to how little water a full dishwasher uses. It’s not even close. If you care about the environment and water usage, an energy efficient dishwasher is the answer.

As an engineer, I find it incongruous that our dishwashers with their rather intense rinse cycles could leave a film on dishes and flatwear that would be easily removed by a casual rinse in the sink.
I think rinse aid might be the biggest issue. Thomas has mentioned rinse aid in another video long ago. So even though your dish does a thorough job rinsing the spotless drying process leaves a toxic film behind.
Dang, now I have to research how to clean my dishes properly in the dishwasher. Crazy as it sounds I will take a look at adding vinegar. I will explain later…

I switched from drinking Alcohol to drinking Kava. After going Carnivore and cutting out things like alcohol and trying to have a drink occasionally I found I don't care for the taste or feeling of alcohol anymore. I found out about Kava and tried it, which I'm glad I did as it provides a nice calm and relaxing effect.
I don't know anything about Kava, but alcoholism runs in my family and has had devastating effects on it, so CONGRATULATIONS on ridding yourself of booze!
(Not saying you were an alcoholic, but glad you are off that slippery slope that leads to nothing good.)

Totally agree on gluten. Instead of taking NSAIDs when I have joint pain, I lay off the gluten before it gets bad. A game changer for me.

I've avoided emulsifiers for two years now. Recently i tried some dark chocolate that contained emulsifiers and i noticed it had a soapy texture. It really feels intuitive that it would strip the mucus layer from your intestines.

1) what about the sweetener allulose? You didn’t mention it…is it inflammatory? Or does it help with inflammation? 2) regarding rinsing dishes and silverware after washing them in the dishwasher…if a quick rinse gets rid of the residue, doesn’t the dishwasher’s rinse cycle do that? If not, can we just activate the rinse cycle after the dishwasher goes through its cycles and shuts off?

I’ve seen more and more A2 milk on the stores I go to. Wondering about A2 half and half and A2 heavy cream. Would these be helpful? Or is there so little of that protein in these products that it’s not worth worrying about? I haven’t yet seen them on store shelves.

High intensity exercise (specifically weight lifting) will ALSO double your ketone production (likely by burning hard through any stored or generated glucose). My ketone levels go from around 2 to mid 4’s easy, when I lift weights. I lift for a half hour or so, 3x a week, with dumbbells. Nothing heavier than 25lbs each. Curls, chest press, triceps kickbacks, bent over rows, deadlifts and squats. Hit pretty much everything, and nothing fancy.
Interesting about the dish washer. Since moving back to the US and using a dishwasher all the time, my gut inflamation has been out of control. My dishwasher has an extra rinse option. I'll use the cycle for a month or two and see if it helps. If it does, I'll come back and edit this post.
I’m pretty sure the last thing a dishwasher does before ending the cleaning cycle is a rinse. I’m also pretty sure the rinse is done just with water so if that’s correct, what’s the point in rinsing them, using the same water source, just before use?
Lots of people use a rinse aid, which is more problematic than the detergent.
I've read that goat milk is a2. I've been taking in mostly goat dairy; milk, yogurt, cheese and kefir, for sometime. My gut buddies seem happier.

My wife and I have just discovered Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 milk products. We noticed a digestive difference but haven’t noticed an inflammation difference.. yet! Higher quality for sure but shorter shelf life… so good though!
We buy Kalona dairy products which are all grass fed. We make our own kefir from their whole milk which is fantastic for gut health with the healthy bacteria

I have been saying for years that the harsh commercial dish soaps can not be good for us. Think about how strong they are at breaking down fat deposits (lipids) even when you hand wash. Use sparingly and rinse very thoroughly.

Tx Thomas this was thoroughly useful information, I don't eat honey, worried about the bees, yes one of those people; living in Canada Maple Syrup yes in small quantities and I think oatmeal gets a bad rap steel cut or oat groats; dates nuts seeds wild blueberries etc. been my breakfast for years with homemade yoghurt. Thank god for Instant pots! I use olive oil but small bottles and frankly don't cook with it; it's mostly in salads where it doesn't get exposed to high heat. You did a segment on buckwheat recently which due to my family's background has been part of how I eat forever ... (i live near an Asian market a plethora of mushrooms and soba noodles ... Miso paste doesn't have the same effect on blood pressure as I know you know ..... i make my own kimchi, and sprout broccoli; life long foodie .... My dog gets it as a food topping .... Also wild rice is easier to obtain up here in Canada than elsewhere also farro and watercress, Don't eat rice, not worth it.... I no longer feel guilty about Pecorino Romano btw which is now mostly from Sardinia, although when at school in Lausanne the cows grazing on fairly high altitudes probably produced high quality butter which I never thought about .... recently went on Chronometer out of curiosity; my fibre is about 69 grams (beans) and you would disapprove;re protein averages; I do do 8 hour intermittant feeding window, just used to it now; get 20 gms protein per meal which I think you might find a bit low (I weigh about 115 lbs) ....rambling on a bit; a really great post have been sharing it with friends ,,,, many tx! I am aspirationally vegan but have made my peace with my diet. In my later years, yes I do resistance training it's been really helpful. I could go on and on and thankfully won;t. Been subscribed to your channel for yonks; the food wars have kept me silent but I'm too old to care now. You provide a much appreciated service!

The difference in wheat products between NA and Europe has nothing to do with gluten. It is a red herring. flour in enriched in NA, it isn't in Europe. That is the difference.
I was under the impression that the Monsanto “Roundup ready” wheat used in America was the problem. There is a condition “non-coeliac gluten intolerance” resulting from ingesting products made from this wheat. People with this issue go to Italy and eat the bread there without any ill effects.
@@alisonclunes9745 Yeah.... no. Like the Frankenfood arguments of the 90s, the same misinformation still exists. Roundup Ready plant strains is nothing exciting when you understand what it means. Through a highly efficient process of selective breeding, they created a strain of wheat, canola, barley and corn that does not react to glyphosate based herbicides. Essentially they bread wheat with a type of grass till they got the trait they desired. It is no more weird than red haired people or small dogs. Gluten intolerance when studied came down to nothing more than a socially pressured placebo effect. I cannot quote the study performed but it was in the states, and it came down to if you told people it had gluten, they felt ill, if you told them it didn't they were fine. The exception is true celiac people which is a hormone imbalance.
You must remember that humans engineering food is nothing new. We've been going it since the dawn of agriculture. but when it is done by someone is a white coat vs a straw hat people panic. BUT mills being required to add extras and fortifying flours is a reasonably recent thing and it is the one thing we do here that they don't there. the addition of folic acid for example, which ~50% of people lack the digestive enzymes to use, which leads to buildup in the body and causes inflammation.

As someone who has a pretty severe flare up myself from most common breads I started ordering flour from France and Italy (shipping is pretty $$$ but worth it) for making homemade sourdough and pizza.
The difference is stunning. Even making bread from local flour there is a response that is noticeable but this is totally different somehow.
I can eat bread made from those flours every day if I want and the inflammatory response is neglible by comparison.
I've also completely switched dairy to A2 and goat milk based so no complaints there.

Our fingerprints are actually very useful for cleaning things. Probably vital before soap was invented.
Full spectrum bulbs are 5000K, no more than 5500K. Lower is warm yellow light, higher is blue light. A lot of smart bulbs (which fit into normal sockets) can be set to 5000K. White hydroponic lights are also generally full spectrum. Having full spectrum bulbs in all your lamps can improve your mood a lot.
Thomas- I think it would be cool if you could do like some kind of a loaner program where you could loan out (with a reasonable deposit or hold on a credit card) for a short time some of these products that sponsor you. Instead of sending a brand new unit for each customer, you could have sone dedicated rental devices like the red light lasar thing. That way, people could feel totally free to do a short trial period with a used device for a small investment, and then if they like it they can buy one. Or they can even buy the rental one for a discount.

I didn't even know I was gluten intolerant. My tongue was sometimes sore and white. I thought I had a fungus. I had hemorrhoids and loose stomach sometimes. I removed gluten and everything went away. Keep in mind that you can be lactose intolerant at first before your intestines have healed. The lactose receptors are on the intestinal villi. It has to heal before you can tolerate lactose again.

Dairy is absolutely fantastic if you’re a baby calf with a stomach and three compartments (Cows technically only have one stomach, but it has four distinct compartments made up of Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum and Abomasum) that needs to gain hundreds of pounds in a matter of months. Other than that, no mammal, not one among more than 6,000 mammals, needs their mommy’s milk beyond infancy.
Also, a mammal is designed to drink their own species’ milk: rats drink rat’s milk, kittens drink cat’s milk, puppies dog’s milk, etc. None are meant to drink a different species’ breastmilk. If you insist on drinking an animal’s milk, choose your pregnant dog’s milk since it’s more convenient to call your dog over, and squeeze its milk right into your coffee.

Well...not only are seed oils easily oxidized, they also have quite a low smoke point.
ANY oil that does not have a HIGH smoke point, is immediately turned into a TRANS fat, right there in our cooking pan - as soin as enough heat is applied to it - and that applied heat is pretty low, in order too transform these oils to (deadly) TRANS FAT😮

Make sure your dairy source is from Holstein, or Guernsey cows. (Tan coat).
NOT the (unfortunately, more common in US) Jersey cows.. which produce mostly A1 Casein

A2 milk messes me up just as much, if not more than regular milk. However, grass fed milk of any variety has a much lower chance of giving me symptoms and the ones I do get are not nearly as bad.
