Pushing around on that truck is a GOOD WAY TO (BEND) it ALL UP where it wont DUMP like it should if your BOUND to use that DOZER I would think that HOOKING a CHAIN on the FRONT & PULL IT OUT Would BE the best for your CONDITIONS

Too many supervisors and not enough workers. Not everyone can be in charge. Total chaos. The only guys that seem to know what’s going on are the operators. Give the rest of the shovels and put them to work
