I love the pretty chords and appreciate those with a voluminous vocabulary of progressions. Sometimes, however, too much takes away from the integrity of a song to where its challenging to sing, because it sounds all over the place. I just learned of Jason about a month ago and I declare truly, he is something mighty special. ❤🎹🎵🎤 Love this guy. His gift is AH-MAZING!

it s really important that you get to know the keys and the scales, it really helps. i can read music but i have been playing some by ear, im training my ear, believe me it really helps to know what key is what, its so easy to build a chord
It's not easy if you have a weak left hand and not an experienced player. It have developed my left hand some to play organ and do 2 handed cords and be abled to play the melody and solo with my right hand. You also got to understand gospel movements as well. I am just now understanding the movements with chromatics , diminished and 7th cords. But I can say he breaks it down so simply. God bless this brother for giving us the free lessons. I've learned so much already tonight from him!

Love it. Very rich voicings. However, do you not find people complaining about these kind of arrangements for congregational singing. Many like to improvise themselves and sing harmonies and i often found that they couldn't find suitable harmonies if i played this way in church

I play in other keys too and when i do play songs in the black keys it sound soo SIMPLE.. if you know what i mean. and i only play by ear. i am not as gifted on the keys as you . however i never had piano lessons so maybe i need ot get some huh lol... i will post a video soon for you to watch me play and let me know what you think or what i am doing wrong Thanks for replying though and you be blessed
