三枚おろしじゃなくて大名おろしだね、これ。
あと、緊張しているのかちょいちょいトチってる箇所があって見ごたえはありました。
内臓が事前に抜いてあったのですが、『そこは手を直接触れてもいいんかい!』と突っ込みたくはなりました。
