Finally Luka singing with her unit again, now waiting for when she gets another commissioned song with them again because it's been a long long while. Besides that, this sounds just so good and more than makes up for the extremely lackluster Tokyo Teddy Bear cover, it even comes with a 3DMV too just like it, it's powerful and the girls are working with the emotions of the song, it's like they were made for each other.
I’m in LOVE with how Leo/Need performed this cover. There’s such a vibrant fragility that sweeps you away in their voices. Something about intensely melancholic songs really brings out the stunning intensity and emotion that all of them are capable of. Not to mention, good HEAVENS Luka is absolutely DEMOLISHING in this cover!! Leo/Need and ocean themed songs NAME a better duo.
One of the best Luka songs out there. Was very hyped when it was announced as a cover cause knowing colopale, this could've easily ended up VS only. LN wasn't exactly my first choice (RuiNene says hi) but, as with (almost) all covers since ghost rule, they slayed. Luka sounds like another case of them using the OG vsqx like with shanti kaito which thank god. Also congrats for the LN girls to be allowed to sing in a chorus in a full unit cover again, it doesn't exactly happen a lot (I'm pretty sure the SakiLuka and HonaLuka lines have ichika too tho)
If I'd known about this song prior to it getting a cover, I would've thought it'd go to Wondershow but I'm so happy it went to L/n, it sounds so different from what they usually play while still feeling like them
