This is an absolutely ridiculous number of moves; he just keeps taking one terrible pathway after another. This level can be done in 65 moves (he starts at 1097 and finishes at 1202 = 105 moves) and shouldn't take more than ~30 seconds to do it. I have done Bloxorz in 15 min and 40 seconds, and done it in 19 min and 20 seconds blindfolded, with a paper bag over my head and no sight of the monitor or keyboard, just by listening to the sound the block makes when it moves.
