I don’t think it’s bugged. His voice changes during the first SSJ transformation on Namek in the anime. I think the deeper voice during the transformation in the game is a reference to that
@obit64 no i do know he has a deeper voice on namek transformation but here its a completely different voice. Almost sounds like buu screaming. I have heard this transformations sound before in previous game demos too and in this version its way too different, they probably messed something up accidently
