Happy you mentioned Vintage Hills. It's a community of nice sized homes and lots with three car garages. In addition, many of the homes are built with steel frame construction. The HOA dues are reasonable and taxes are low for the area. And even though the wine country is not walker friendly, we know folks who will occasionally take a walk to Hart, Thornton or Callaway wineries.
Great input Citizen Dave. We have footage from this listing video that Chris is trying to get to use for a Vintage Hills video. It's on the "to do" list like we said. Thanks again for your comment and feedback. th-cam.com/video/Iu4RI-nA1m8/w-d-xo.html
@@haischool I'm not sure why the steel construction. I was told there may have been a lumber shortage at the time. The houses are very well constructed.
Not happy you left out Wilson Creek Winery. My favorite for a reasonable lunch and has been around a long time. Plus there are also others now beyond it as well and talk of more to come going towards Lake Skinner.
We did a little bit on Bainbridge last year in a December 2019 events video. Thanks for reminding us though because we wanted to do more this year. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Moving to Murrieta by Jessica Genung Would you consider touring the actual neighborhoods in Temecula? We are still debating about moving to that area, thanks! 😀

Hi Hai. This is mid-July too and I am glad you say it looks green. More lush and green as we get into the "winter" and spring. Anyway, thanks for watching and commenting.
Speaking of house tours, you should do a La Cresta area tour since you're living in Copper Canyon. I've been living here since 08 and still amazed by its sceneries when Autumn and Winter roll around. That said, the summer months aren't that bad either as each season has its own unique beauty. I'm surprised that not many people have heard of the area which allowed us to afford our house here. In a way, it looks like just Rancho Santa Fe down in San Diego, which has people like Bill Gates calls home. That is, it offers privacy and serenity. Houses on 5 acres each, so you hardly see your neighbors.
Hi Huey. You are right that La Cresta and the Santa Rosa Plateau are beautiful. We have been out there a lot more lately showing property. The one downside is the fire insurance challenges right now.
It is very impressive to see green landscape in the summer of CALIFORNIA, especially the road from Peppercorn Dr. to Morgan Hill. I feel it is in Seattle WA. Now I can see why the house prices in Temecula are higher than Murrieta.
This would been more interesting if you showed more of the neighborhoods and less of the street. It really doesn't give any idea of what the homes in the area look like
Hi John. The older areas from 1990s and early 2000s should have the lower taxes. Sometimes mid-2000s but it goes neighborhood to neighborhood after that.
Please please lose the looped soundtrack. Otherwise very helpful tour where I can see immediately wife and I would never fit in. Hoas ? Wineries? Cookie cutter architecture? Gaagh! Not for us. We live comfortably in Idyllwild where no two homes are alike. Love it. However, there is a real possibility someday we could be wiped out in a wildfire and might need to relocate. Looking at nearby solutions. Your tour and expertise was very helpful to rule out Temecula home developments. Thank you.
“Pretty busy on the weekends” as you say Jess; but yet this Inappropriate dude at 13:58 is getting busy putting his head in some female’s skirt as well...👎🏼🤷🏻♂️😒😒😒 (very inappropriate)
Those young kids are having a good time. Chris thought it was a funny quick clip and decided to keep it. Our apologies if you are offended (but we think you are joking).

What’s the reason for the steel frame construction?

This is a great video. If I could offer one thing for future videos it would be to either omit the music or make it more softer like background music.

You are right as usual Hua. The landscaping in those Best Neighborhoods in Temecula is tough to beat.
