I've come to this same conclusion.I noticed a trend after mom, me, my brother and my daughter did the 23dna test. Also My mom has been over vax xed and in 6 months went from a healthy elderly to rubber clots and a feeding tube. Her first stroke was the day after the shingle shot. I have all my immunizations including small pox. But I haven't had a shot in over 40 years. I have Hashimoto's.

Very interesting stuff. All good information but we should be also talking about the actual root cause of this and not stick around the surface. I’ve approached my “condition” with scientific methods for 15 years, the only length I haven’t gone is setting up a lab at home to test everything. When we say processed food, we often think of junk food and move on, but we should pause and talk about the processing of the very meats we’re being told are healthy to eat, the veggies, the fruits. EVERYTHING undergoes certain USDA or FSIS or other 3 letter org process requirements where they introduce lab made acids like citric acid, lactic acid, etc. that are made of black mold and other compounds. I eat exceptionally clean, yet I still can’t catch a break. They don’t even require labeling them on the ingredient list (happy to share info on that). What I’ve realized is that my autoimmune flares when I consume these. It is extremely difficult to stay away from them unless you grow your own food. Instead of fine tuning the diet to a miserable experience, we should be fighting to take back our food control rights and kill these organizations that ruin our food and cause so much harm. These organizations poison our food then call us disordered. I don’t have a “disorder” when I travel to a 3rd world country where they haven’t managed to ruin the food yet. It’s like filling your gas tank with water then wonder why the engine isn’t running. Time to burn it all down!

    • @NanulSavage
      @NanulSavage ปีที่แล้ว +22

@@mysticm1543 I recently went to Armenia for 2 months and ate local foods, including from restaurants. I avoided sauces and packaged stuff. Although I did eat some canned stuff that were labeled properly. There they require the label to have the commercial chemical code (E220, E500, etc.) and not just vague names that could be mistaken for organic citric acid let's say. I have celiac disease here in US, which is miserable and feels like I can't eat anything. Over there I ate everything, and right before coming back I collected some courage and got some wheat from a local farm, milled it and made bread. While my bread making wasn't great, my digestion was perfectly fine. If the flour here even touches my food I have weeks long issues until my body figures out how to deal with this poison that I introduced to it.

After 4 years of multiple symptoms and being treated for shingles multiple times, I finally began keeping a food journal and slowly realized I was dealing with a gluten allergy. I also have a child with lactose intolerance and another with a serious nut allergy. I would love to learn more about gut health so that I can pass it on. I don't understand why people suffer for so long before narrowing symptoms down to something they are ingesting in their diet.

And perhaps if your family is lucky, you might be successful in healing the gut, such that these tight junctions close - sufficiently to permit nuts back into the diet. (I have heard from many scientists that gluten will induce permeability in ALL guts - very sad. But perhaps one could have a slice of bread here and there, once gut is healed, and if there is no autoimmunity going on. Wish that were me . . )

I did the carnivor diet and my diabetes got alot worse my blood sugars doubled. Because my blood sugars have been do high for so long I am going blind. My leaky gut has gotten alot worse and I'm in alot of pain. All my associated diabetes issues got worse. I keeped being told that it was impossible for protein to turn to sugar but I knew it was through testing my blood. I got told to keep eating 2-3 lbs of meat a day with 250 g butter. I would get better I just needed to give it chance. I got blocked from so many carnivore groups because I wasn't healing and I was asking questions why. Now I've cut my protein down and my blood sugars are dropping. If your not a diabetic yes you probably can get away with it but I personally couldn't. I've also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia because of stress and trauma on my body. Thanx for this great info.

I have epilepsy, it was at its worst in my teens when I used to be worried about weight etc but as I stopped worrying about it and ate a more rounded diet including fats it became more stable. @GmanSach 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

I have been vegan for years and even liquidarian for 3 months consistently with only a handful of plant based food per day for those three months. I find that plant based can work. It takes knowledge of self and a clean body to absorb nutrients however. For example, initially I felt malnourished when going completely plant based. My body was not clean enough to live on high vibrational foods alone. It needed the density because that's where my frequency was.
I then took a gradual process of over two years to be real and to listen to my body using my intuition, logic and senses. This is what I call a grounded, spiritual approach to nutrition - An energy lifestyle.
At first I cut out beef, then chicken, then fish, then eggs and then went all plant based.
^Pork is a no at all times for many reasons. It is lower than beef energetically.
Right now I live with plant based nutrition and incorporate pasture raised organic eggs regularly and high quality fish on rare occasions. I find that as my connection with the world increases and I become more in tune with my body and cooking + whole food nutrition I am able to live completely plant based. I can see and feel the natural progression.
Where I am now is the most Balanced of Emotions, Clearest of Mind, and most Energetic, Fittest, Strongest that I have ever been -> From 117.1 to 130.6lbs from May 3rd 2022 to June 12th 2022

I don't understand how I could not be running in ketosis or burning fat per her conversation carnivore was generalized as high protein when most actually eat higher fat. With too much protein you activate gluconeogenesis from proteins to glucose. Most of the time you aren't in ketosis. I hear this idea many times. Some on carnivore pretends the amount of protein doesn't incide on conversion to glucose. I didn't see a documented prove on both sides.

    • @PhaseSkater

If you’re exercising, the glucose creates from the protein gets burned off easily and you stay in ketosis. I think they are referring to older people who are couch potatoes. Thanks for touching, though ever so briefly, on vaccine induced autoimmune responses. This topic needs much more discussion.
Also, repairing leaky gut should be dealt with specifically; not just by eliminating what is causing mechanical wear and inducing inflammation.
Intermittent fasting combined with pieces of aloe swallowed with bone broth immediately stops abdominal pain, greatly speeds healing. Adding ripe avocado, cooked asparagus, then liquified raw carrots, would be next in terms if what foods heal the gut lining.
The other diet suggestions are fine, but do not contribute specifically to remedial care.

Those foods you are recommending can actually be quite inflammatory. I think people should start with SMALL amounts of meat (least inflammatory), even small pieces of fruit would be better.

I speak from my own experience. I know what works fir me.
      Your suggestion is terrible.

I could easily argue that your advice is terrible. Maybe those foods work for you, but for many they don’t, especially after a fast.

Actually, I’m referring to raw carrots and cooked asparagus. Bone broth would be superb (as long as you don’t have a histamine or candida issue).👍🏾

Dr. Berg, this is an awesome interview but she never shared the foods that need to be taken out of the diet to avoid inflammation. You asked the question but then the conversation took a different path

Dr. Berg- hi First and foremost, I love all the content you put out! Very helpful to me for myself and my family and friends.
That said, I have four children, two have type 1 diabetes. My daughter was diagnosed at 3 1/2 yrs age and is now 25 and my son at 10 yr old and is now 14. Both got sick after immunization. I am so sad and kick myself daily for allowing them to get them. I worry now about my grandchildren bc I’ve been called over. Protective or “my wild ideas” . My daughter was diagnosed in 2000 and my son 17-18 yrs later. Also, They do not have the same father. Please keep spreading the word! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Oh wow. Sounds incredibly stressful and you can't blame yourself for getting them immunized when since 2020 the countries are rife with attacking us Natural Immunity via diet & lifestyle peoples. I'm old enough to show them & any western MD the middle finger as none has ever resolved any issues w/o their pharma dependency requirements of Antibiotics, Steroids & now toxic, possibly deadly Jabs that aren't even working to keep people immune, so they aren't vaccines or immunizations. Take care of yourself so you will endure; that can't be taken for granted or the pay-later plan will hit you too. all the best.

I understand. My oldest (now 22) was diagnosed a few days before her senior year of high school. She went on 2 mission trips and had to have certain vac in order to do so. I never knew an option of non vax, but her whole life I would cry and look away when she got her vx. I started doing fewer and fewer with my other children. My youngest only received 1 and is the healthiest!
