Orange Blood and Romance Untold are connected because If you look at the Romance Untold concept trailer (Arcanum ver) in Sunoo's part there was an orange heart in the back and it looks identical to the one the him and Jake were holding in the Orange Blood KSANA photobook. Also Sunoo was wearing a Key necklace in the photo book for Orange Blood and Romance Untold logo looks like parts of a key.

Btw Heli didn't oppose Sooha bcs he felt instant attraction and sense of familiarity from her. So did she.
Instead Solon took the role of being suspicious of her. I honestly thought we would get love triangle b/w Heli - Sooha - Solon.😂
