when double cleansing ,, make sure to emulsify it by applying water afterwards try to massage oil for removing the dirt, debri, makeup .. thn take some drops of water and emulsify the oil on ur skin ,,, massages for half a min again ,, thn finally wash it all off with a water based cleanser

I ordered two melt away oil cleansers and one niacinamide face wash from them. One for myself and one for my friend. We both have used it and now our skin is totally dry, patchy and damaged. What kind of product is it??? It was supposed to make our skin more smooth not like this??? This product is really really horrible. Not only money but our skin is doomed. I really want to post this review so that people would know the real results of the product.and when I complained this issue to them in their dm there social media person treat me really really bad. I'm regretting seriously after this purchase.
I m so sorry fr ur experience. Dear actually I don't use it on daily basis. I just use fr removing heavy makeup. Daily usage can compromise skin barrier. U know Pakistani skincare brands are still not most perfect. Everything seems to be on trial n error. Can u tell how do u use it?
