I went to ONE game where they played together during the brief crossover of their careers here in Dallas. I got to see a Luka dish to Dirk for a 3 pointer. It was pretty cool, the place went nuts.
Passing of the torch! As a big Dirk fan It was really nice to see Dirk and Luka play for at least a season, it was the perfect ending for Dirk's career too.
I read somewhere that him and Cuban made a deal where he would make less money when he was playing, in return he would have a lifetime “ consultant job”

There are guys who on paper should have 100% been able to make it at the next level who became busts. There are guys who everyone had zero faith that their body and skills would translate that ended up being the best in their class. Its a real crap shoot. People tend to think "The next LeBron" is a lock when they turn out like Andrew Wiggins and OJ Mayo.
