Here's the problem. A person wanted to be boss, but didn't realize what being Boss was all about. The person gathered a gang & went about in a destructive manner, until the person became Boss. But then, the person didn't have a place to stay & there was no food. But, the person was in charge. Proof Positive that "being Bright & being in Charge", might be two different things.
