I like what Yaba said about Ghana and rules - you make them as you go... Hopefully at some point, things will be better regulated so people like me will not need to source products for our project from overseas but rather find them on the market at reasonable prices.
Love your videos but I'm unclear on the properties in Ghana I understand as a foreigner I can't get freehold land but how about a house already built or a condo are they leasehold only too

Hi ya, when you buy a house in Ghana you are actually buying everything on and above it for the period stated on the lease.
Come to Rwanda! You won't need air conditioning and you'll enjoy low utility bills. 🙂
