    Lost all respect for game wardens after dealing with sw Pennsylvania game comission. Dirtiest most crooked cops I ever imagined. Can't beleive no one done anything about it yet.

    What a great story of a beautiful buck with hunters and wardens working together to catch a poacher. Great job and video.

    I wonder if all the wildlife belongs to the state then how come the state is not responsible for damage and death to living human beings from collisions with wildlife If a farmer has livestock that gets loose on Highways have to assume responsibility for all damages

      Because that would make them liable. So if u kill a deer without a tag it theirs.. but if it goes through your windshield..ITS YOURS.. the insurance companys and the states are so damn corrupt.. never trust a game warden

    Lmfao!. Poaching didn't become a term until the 1980s. When people started caring about scores of deer and racks and hunting become a industry to profit billions. People use to kill to eat. Now they kill for prestige.

      The term poaching has been around far longer than the 80s, people have cared about being stolen from long before they cared about antlers.

    What I think is funny they put all these resources in to a deer but this country has so much bad stuff going on. It is ridiculous

      I agree they do have to protect the resources but putting planes in the air at night and blanketing the area with wardens cuz a deer hasn't shown up on camera and is considered missing! Come on!!!!!

    There is good and bad from these tip lines. The WVDNR ruined a guys life for over 2 years from a tips from jealous hunters hunting in a bow only county on a private lease he killed a big buck legally checked it in legally then same year killed another buck in his home state of NC and checked it in legally game wardens without any warrants went to NC questioned man wanted to see deer he said at taxidermist they went and confiscated both deer and took them back to Wv were they published photo shoots posing with deer and after 2 years of falsely accusing this man and postponing hearings and trials the dropped all charges due to no evidence and have hunter back his trophies and both capes were ruined and no apologies wright now there is pending litigation against Wardens

    Excellent Job !!! So did the Ohio D.N.R get paid the $23,572.05 fine , yet ? What are the requirements for payment ? or is this just gonna be another one of those cases , where the fines, are drawn out, for so long, and never fully get paid ?

    We have a Big Boy in the making someplace close to my family residence. How do i protect him from the poachers? How do i contact my local Game Warden so they can keep an eye out?

    • @RonaldMcKeithen
      @RonaldMcKeithen 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Be careful. It’s sad to say, but there are game wardens who will snatch that deer from under you. They are few, and not the general norm, but it will occasionally happen. Only share it with people you trust. Thats the bottom line. Take pictures. Lots of them.

    Man, that is great they found out what happened to that beautiful deer. I’m glad you also got the man, who like everyone said that this guy should be or should have went to jail. I myself go through same thing in my area in Pennsylvania with a person who moved in years ago and acted liked and what thought was a good person and sportsman (wrong). Still at it with him to this day. I don’t put a lot of time to it and I should have been more patient yrs ago when he let stuff slip out. And know can’t prove this guy. But just listening to you telling this story is a blessing to know at least one person was caught. And like you said, it’s like being robbed,!! Not just for myself but it could have been for an older person who’s never gotten a buck of their lifetime or a child’s first deer ever. My gratitude for you and your work on getting this guy.!!!!! Hopefully some of these poachers are listening and will stop what they are doing.!! 👍✌️

    Deserving?!? why would they be more Deserving than anyone else? If it is shot on your land or any property you had permission on and taken legally then there shouldn't be a problem. JEALOUSY is rampant in the deer hunting community. CMON ...🙄

    Wasn’t this deer killed all the way up around mineral springs in Adams county? I remember the case as I hunted Adams county and we stayed over there in the cabins they have for rent. I think we seen this deer from the road as we drive back to the cabins on evening after I had killed a really nice 8 pointer up there several miles away. I know Jonathan Smucker, the killer of the lucky Amish buck in 2006 opening day. I won’t mention what farms we hunted in Adams county and highland county and over around coolville Ohio. I love it up there.

    Dang that sucks for those two guys that was hunting that GIANT!!!! What a selfish sorry pos hunter you are Mr Clay. I’m glad you won’t ever be able to hunt legally again and I wish it would’ve cost you a lot more than it did. I can’t imagine how those two guys felt knowing that their buck of a lifetime was poached and some jackal was parading it around acting like it was the new Ky state record. But they may or may not have gotten him but at least they would’ve had a honest legal chance to try!!! Same situation happened with the CJ Alexander buck. Heartbreaking situation for the legal hunters that were pursuing those giants

  • @jason6325
    @jason6325 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    I get it that they showed you. But it's getting out of hand. I mean you can't shoot a giant these days without being labled as a poacher if you take it legally and you don't show proof. That's b.s. if i take a giant like that and do it legal i don't give a shit who sais otherwise. And i feel i should not and will not tell where i killed it. And if somebody tried to take it away id get a lawer immediately. And then sue whoever put these Aquisations. Deer travel. Ive got trail cam pictures of over 3 Miles of where of where I've seen them to begin with. So if somebody sees it miles away and you take it at your spot, it's not unlogical

    Gota be just longer then 1inch to count as a point. My rule of thumb. Anything right at an inch or shorter will be contested always. So that's how I do it

    • @danjanes8689
      @danjanes8689 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      The B&C and P&Y measuring rules don't require a protrusion to be longer than an inch to qualify as a measurable point. In this instance, 15/16" would not be rounded up to 1". In other instances, measurements are rounded up or down, depending on the measurement.

    • @REDNECKROOTS
      @REDNECKROOTS 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @danjanes8689 like I said I personally only count it if it's over an inch. For some reason anything right at an inch is always debated. I agree w this practice though it makes it real clear. Over an inch or it don't count
