I think Kenny was killed by billy aswell because they could have switched outfits since billy likes to strangle, and in the sheriff car she was strangled
first stu chased sidney and killed kenny as well. then when sidney almost crashed with gale stu ran to check gale's whereabouts. billy then stabbed dewey in the back and while sidney was running to the house stu infomed billy about gale and lifted kenny on top of the van. then billy went back to the house as dewey was leaving with a knife on his back. billy takes it and starts chasing sidney. he taunts her in the car as stu takes off the costume, and when stu tries to frame sidney billy gets in the house through the garage and went through the back stairs on the second floor. the rest is seen on the movie

Why did Billy go back inside the house after the kill? This makes no sense, he would’ve had to go outside in which he could’ve gone through the garage door, the killer who would’ve gone inside the house would’ve been Stu.

Yea… I think Billy was the one chasing Sidney outside mainly because in the filming of scream when ghostface is in the kitchen he heads towards Randy “Ghostface that’s wearing the costume” Is Skeet Ulrich in this scene
I’d assume that Billy & Stu could easily change in costumes they had plenty of time like how Stu got into costume and chased Sidney upstairs and I think in that span of time Billy and Stu could’ve swapped costumes then Billy would’ve head outside.
It would logically be Billy chasing Sidney outside the ghostface in the costume at the time was Skeet Ulrich
Scream 6 the ghostface that was in the apartment scene was played by Jack Champion who’s known as Ethan Landry
