Protect's 30th Anniversary Film

Over the past 30 years Protect has helped more than 50,000 people seeking to #speakup to stop harm and worked with hundreds of employers to help them create more transparent, safe and supportive environments. Founded in #1993 the #charity was instrumental in changing the #law helping draft the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998, and successfully lobbying for amendments. We’ve also intervened in landmark court cases on matters of #public policy. In this short film we look back at some of the key moments in Protect’s history and look at the past, present and future of #whistleblowing and its profound impact on society.
