@@momo_iro335 thank you, I'm glad you like this approach! 🤗 I think playing wants based has its appeal, but I found that in the long run it gets too repetitive-there are only so many wants and aspirations. When you play a hood for an extended period it becomes a handicap; sims and storylines start repeating too much.

Loving the lets play! The pond water is most likely black because you have a water reflections mod. To fix it, just add a small pool square on the lot and it will adjust the textures. Also, Nina probably became furious with Dina when she got her first baby bump - that is, Nina knows that Dina's baby is Don's. It plays into the whole jealousy system. I'm not sure if it's perhaps ACR or vanilla, but yeah, it happens in my game as well. It makes for good drama! 😂
Yea I have that mod, forgot about it and added a pool tile later. I guess that's why she's furious, makes sense... but then Dina didn't give a fk that Nina was still dating him despite him being her baby daddy...
Dina, the money sim should have gotten a job to get some of that maternity leave payments, like I often d with Brandi Broke. It doesn’t sit right for Nina to support all three of them because Dina’s little makeover side business is barely making any money. I find salon businesses can be a bit hard to make good money on, but maybe I’m just doing something wrong. I’m so sad that the burglar took their hot tub. Thanks for the upload.
I have a vision for her to eventually run a clothing store/beauty salon or that sort of self-owned business and that's why I wanted to start working on it asap. Nina wants to move out but she's sticking around at least until the toddler stage is over (or Dina finds a "sponsor" for her lifestyle)
I love your video's! I've been really invested in your pleasentview home makeovers. I never touched them because of the 'canon iconic' feel of the game. But I'm getting a new laptop soon and start fresh with the sims and I'm definately doing makeovers for the whole of pleasentview ater being inspired by you. Thanks for posting! Such a crazy second episode! There was so much happening, I love it! When you went to the park with Nina, you mentioned that something's not working right with the lake - I have this in my game too (a lighting mod, I assume?). If you place a one-tile pool somewhere on the lot and hide it under some bushes, it should be fixed! And whenever I want to age up my babies, I buy a cake and use that with an adult, it fastens things up - but sometimes it's nice to have this "IS IT HAPPENING NOW???"-moment when they do it the usual way ^__^
Yea I have the reflective ponds mod, I placed a pool tile after the recording. And yes I forgot abt the bday cake xD I usually throw bday parties only for toddler and older, especially when the kids have some friends and such it's fun
i love the house and dina as a stylist, i give her the fashion career from sims 1 sometimes, and dance for nina. I gotta know where that cute tv stand is from if you have any idea where you got it. I just switched to a new computer too and some of my cc somehow got lost too! There's so much nice stuff that is now old and hard to find, pictures and links missing. Love how all the clutter and deco in your build is picked to suit the sims personalities, I rarely change the shape of this house but the way you did it looks so good, the houses are normally so plain but it looks very cool and modern now
Thank you for the suggestions! I have ACR and I think I can friendzone Don with that mod :D He won't be happy about it tho, he didn't plan on having a baby with Dina. Even though he's promiscuous he thinks of Nina as his ultimate lover. I also use Monique's Hacked Computer and I can make him transfer money to the Caliente household using that.
That's just how I always assign the rooms for the sisters in my game :) Nina is a romance sim so she always used the room with a double bed and I'm used to it
Lol, i was like omg Nina's the next one to get pregnant, and this household will remain broke forever 😂😂😂😂. Man i love how naturally Chaotic the sims 2 is. You have to force it with the sims 3 and 4. Edit: Honestly, i think Dina's gonna not end up with the guy she wants but the guy she needs which is ironic because she needs a rich guy but only finds broke guys attractive 😂😂😂😂. However i think she and Ajay may get together eventually as he seems to always be around, And Nina is literally so over Don that she only uses him for a super happy adult fun time, but hates that he's a deadbeat to her neice, his kid. I think she was furious at her sister because she knew she just threw her life away getting pregnant to Don. She's also shown that she has a motherly even though she didn't realize the baby formula was off and still feed her neice,😂😂😂😂, plus its cool to see shes the more responsible of the two. I think the burglar scaring her and her having a mental break down actually changed her outlook on life.

Unfortunately, no, and nobody in the ts2 community should do that. Reposting CC goes against the ToS of many creators, plus I can't be responsible for possible crashes, mod conflicts, or game corruption that others might experience.
