This reminds me that glee really dropped the ball on using Damian McGinty's unique bass baritone voice. There was nothing else like it in the whole six seasons. So much could have been done with that character, other than cliche Irish leprechaun. Sad.
So 100% true they definitely underutilized that man’s talent. I wish that he would’ve stayed for more than one season. I loved his character. Rory was so sensitive and sweet. I honestly had a crush on him and I would’ve loved to see his character get more flushed out but the writers suck and really don’t know what to do with the characters that they write and they couldn’t write a good storyline for shit. I always think about how great the season 6 characters were I loved them but they weren’t used properly (bad season no good storylines at all) they really were just scraping the bottom of the barrel in season 6 and gave up which makes me sad because I feel that those actors and characters deserved better. they had freakin Finneas O’Connnell just as a background character. I would’ve loved to see Matt Rutherford (Dijon Talton) - the black dancer from season 1 -be an actual flushed out character and stick around instead of Mercedes being kind of the token black character at least in original the glee club like azimio with the football team (in season 4 they diversified ever so slightly) overall bad show, bad writing yet I am to this day so obsessed with it and it had such an impact in mid 2000’s pop culture for such a bad show

This was by far one of the best performances from glee, especially because it has all of the great characters.
