Trust me my guy. The best part of losing everything is getting all back in surplus of what you were able to build on your own. We have all reach a point where we have to examine our life in a scope of who is in it, where it is, where it could go, and what is wrong with it! Hope all is well. Currently I feel in the red as far as finances, health, mentality, and relationships. Your running pace is excellent! That’s amazing that you haven’t ran in over a year and are able to run a little over a 7:00 minute mile. I do a lot of half marathons and still have not been able to get my pace that low.
