Instead of using Cream of Mushroom soup I like to use Beefy Onion or Beefy Mushroom Soup or both! This eliminates the need to use Kitchen Bouquet. I use these soups as well for Swiss Steak. I do put in more onions and mushrooms into my Salisbury Steak gravy as well. My family loves them! Enjoy your dinner

Hi Gina, I have a similar recipe for Crock Pot Salisbury Steak and it is delicious. I brown the Hamburger Patties just to start the cooking process and put them into the crock pot. Have a wonderful holiday.
