You know, I do want to feel bad for you guys who honestly believed that ASA was actually going to do the right things to create a good game but after watching everything snail games has become over the years, why did any of you think anything but stuff like this would happen?

They have always been like that. Like from the start, they focused on adding more stuff than fixing the game. Haven't played the game since genesis 2 tho, this just got in my recommendations and I had to see this.
They announced the other day that they will be upgrading the engine soon and that should help with optimization, improve graphics and memory. Whether or not it will actually help, I don't know, but they did mention it
Ig that this a joke but devs typically have teams that focus on different things, so people who make content/design/audio/assets etc don't fix bugs you'd usually have a seperate team that does that

Everything Official added after ASE's Extinction have been increasingly immersion breaking, I began to lose interest. Now ARK looks like a degenerate parody of itself.
Since it got out from early access tbh, Abberation and that new boss on the Island ruined it already, only good stuff that came after are some of the new normal creatures on The Isand like Charchar, Rhyniognatha, Deinonychus etc. I only play The Island, Scorched Earth and The Center.
Thanks to this update I lost everything in my game, instead of fixing things they do the opposite, as if the game was in the best condition, I already remembered why I stopped playing.
