As a fat guy, I don't want to look at myself without a shirt on an I would be horribly embarrassed if other people had to see me like that lol. The most embarrassed and ashamed I have ever been is when I had gained a lot of weight after some medical issues, but I didn't realize how fat I was until I went to the Dr. and found out I was over 500lbs. I nearly killed myself that night. After that I changed my diet as much as I could because I couldn't exercise much because of permanent damage from a car accident the year before. I stopped drinking soda or eating fast food very often and I lost 150 lbs. I still hate the way I look but I don't have the urge to kill myself when I look in the mirror lol.

Best part - for me, and many others, I suppose - is I would never EVER have heard of him if he hadn't appeared in the Mandalorian. At the peak of Disney's wokefest (Filoni, Favreau= huge balls, bros!). After he made fun of Star Wars and all we fans! And, in season 2 after a generic role, being Bill Burr in that galaxy far far away, questioning Mandalorian ethics etc as if he was doing stand up. Breaking the 4th wall! May the 4th be with you all!

I believe you will hit your desired weight soon. It really isn't hard just s few dietary change ups.I am a woman of a certain age. I am retired and when I did retire I noticed my muscles were disappearing and fat was accruing. So I bought some twenty pound weights, a boxing set up with a 100 lb bag and a blender. I now have my nice Germanic build back and strength and stamina to spare. Fruits, veggies, and keto. You can do it!🙂

Abs are impossible? I'm 50 and for the first time in my life I have abs - thanks to TH-cam btw, eternal thanks to Dr Mandell Motivationaldoc - and I'm at a point where I no longer crave sweets or fatty foods. Those are DRUGS. Change is possible but it's not only a question of decisions, it's revamping your whole system. And it's not a change that happens overnight. But oh the payload ! The body is its own machine, it makes do with what you give it... "Garbage in = garbage out". BUT feed it sane things in sane proportions with sane exercise... instead of effing you up they will start doing wonders for you... and your body will repair itself on its own before you know it!
