Shall we dance? Funny to see that Guignon(Giovanni Pietro Ghignone) put “Menuet” as a title of this movement parallel to Leclair who put “Minuetto” for his minuet that we played last week. It is a movement of 3 different minuets, which we hear not so often. To diversify, Yun tried to have 5 strings like François but the bridge had to be adapted. After trying, she decided to take it out and unfortunately we couldn’t have more colors for the 2nd minuet. Enjoy her little circus of going back and forth to the 4th position on the spalla. 😜 And don’t forget to dance!
