I was watching this song while travelling in electric train to work... Great visuals and the food looks delicious...it made me think of buying stuff to make a cake at home...Then I felt someone touching on my shoulder and saw a small thin girl in dirty clothes, maybe around 6 or 7 years old... She streched her hand towards me and asked for money because she was hungry. That moment I realised how lucky I was to even be able to think of making a cake for Myself... So many children in our country die of malnutrition, while we eat luxurious food and even waste it many times... I got down with the girl and bought her some lunch... The happiness on her face was more satisfying than having a piece of cake. We as able humans should always think about these children and if possible do our best to help them. I also request Ahaana to contribute a part of the income from this video for those hungry children. Cheers to all. have a great day 😊
Once I was having a biryani parcel in my hands and was waiting at a bus stop, Hyderabad. There came an old grandpa, was asking for money. Then I did ask the grandpa whether he would like to have food that's in my hands. He said yes, and I gave it to him. He took it and did take few steps, and then.. , he did stop, and came back to me., And did ask me, what's in that parcel. I said Biryani. Then he gave it to me and said, "Biryani aragadu bidda".. It means, "I won't be able to digest biryani".. Bidda means daughter.. My heart did skip a beat listening to his words Painful.. After few seconds of silence, I did request him to wait and went to the restaurant and got the curd rice. Then the grandpa did accept the food as it is digestible... Quite painful.. Life is quite painful.. Although feeding grandpa's and grandmother's is routine for me, this incident, don't know why, did stab deep in heart.. The wound will never heal..

That moment I realised how lucky I was to even be able to think of making a cake for Myself... So many children in our country die of malnutrition, while we eat luxurious food and even waste it many times... I got down with the girl and bought her some lunch... The happiness on her face was more satisfying than having a piece of cake.
We as able humans should always think about these children and if possible do our best to help them.
I also request Ahaana to contribute a part of the income from this video for those hungry children.

Once I was having a biryani parcel in my hands and was waiting at a bus stop, Hyderabad. There came an old grandpa, was asking for money. Then I did ask the grandpa whether he would like to have food that's in my hands. He said yes, and I gave it to him. He took it and did take few steps, and then.. , he did stop, and came back to me., And did ask me, what's in that parcel.
I said Biryani.
Then he gave it to me and said, "Biryani aragadu bidda"..
It means, "I won't be able to digest biryani".. Bidda means daughter..
My heart did skip a beat listening to his words
Painful..
After few seconds of silence, I did request him to wait and went to the restaurant and got the curd rice. Then the grandpa did accept the food as it is digestible...
Quite painful..
Life is quite painful..
Although feeding grandpa's and grandmother's is routine for me, this incident, don't know why, did stab deep in heart..
The wound will never heal..
