No, you may get a scholarship of some sort but it won't be tuition free

@@bashirsid thanks for reply. I am applying in Finland for Beachelor degree in January 2023, joing applications session. Not idea about preparation syllabus of entrance exam. As you know, in Pakistan we are only study Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, computer science and other subjects in inter.
My question is only books preparation are enough for entrance exam or special syllabus required for entrance exam preparation.

I've completed my bachelor's in Data Science with a CGPA of 3.39 but there are few F grades in my transcript, however later i have passed these courses with 4/4 gpa. I'm asking would it effect Me in Fully Funded Scholarships?

it won't affect. Final transcript should have everything showing as passed, right? You are good to go!

I'm going BSCS from virtual university of Pakistan now in 6 semester, unfortunately they fail me in 3 books because of they changed their grading policy,(many News paper/chanal cover this new that university fail thousands of students without declaring their grading scheme before the exam), now I am repeating my books in which they failed me, beside this I am doing internship as Linux system administrator with Canadian company and next year in April i will be on permanent job inshallah this is my goal for three months, I wants to move towards DevOps and cloud in future, while my degree will end at march 2024 , question is that
