    Oooog. I bet Caballero would be a great candidate for this technology!

    A good amount of people have that here in KY. I know a woman who uses them on the racehorses she rides and on her off the tracks. She swears by it. I haven’t experienced the use of it for myself personally. This system as well as the theraplate system is pretty common here. The barn where I ride at has a theraplate system and I love it!

      Hi there, Adrienne here from Fit to Compete. Yes it’s very popular among athletes, racehorses included! I met with a few racehorse farms in Lexington that use it. That’s because it is improving recovery times and oxygen availability in the body with exercise. If your barn is interested in adding a Bemer to their theraplate, shoot me a message and let’s chat! Ftcompete@gmail.com
      The horse units are currently $1000 off (to make room for the new unit), so if they are interested, it’s a great time to purchase. shop.bemergroup.com/en_CA/home?partner=ftc

    That sounds like a good idea. In northern winter, the literal energy goes down, with less sun and accumulating cold, so that adds up to more of a tendency to get ill and slow recoveries.

      Hey Robert, Adrienne here from Fit to Compete. I completely agree with you. It’s quite amazing what increases microcirculation can do for your body and energy levels!

    Yes the knee looked almost normal after the Bemer....... Inflammation in the knee, but why?????

      Right?!

      BEMER is increasing microcirculation, which feeds every system in one’s body! It helps your body do what it’s trying to do - in the case of Fairly’s knee, it was trying to heal (helped by bringing oxygen and nutrients to the area).

    very interesting! What is the cost range for this type of treatment?

    I've used beemer and it is inconclusive for me. I've had left hip nerve issues for 3 yrs . It does send blood flowing better. Drinking water with it is important.

    I’d be curious to know if you got similar results from just having the horses hang out for the same amount of time in the arena under a heated/electric blanket of a similar shape, since warmth also increases circulation...maybe the fancy new thing is better, but maybe not!

    • @SMeggl
      @SMeggl 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am sorry but you really cannot compare the two Laura.

    • @lauradaigh4502
      @lauradaigh4502 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Stefan Meggl If you have a different low-cost control experiment in mind you’re welcome to suggest it. I thought of heat since the claim in the video was that increased circulation caused the benefit, and Canada is rather chilly at the moment, but it may be that something else would provide a more accurate comparison.

    • @SMeggl
      @SMeggl 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Laura Daigh what the BEMER does it that it increases the micro-circulation in the body (which is about 74% of all the blood circulation in the human body, arteries and veins are only about 26% of all blood vessels) and except for exercise there is really no known way of improving the circulation there.
      As much as I love the cold (e.g. ice swimming) and the heat (e.g. Sauna) to improve circulation in my body, this “only” improves circulation in the arteries and veins and it shouldn’t be different for horses.
      I don’t want to be cheeky but if if it were that easy, don’t you think that people would always be treating their horses that way?

    • @lauradaigh4502
      @lauradaigh4502 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Stefan Meggl I’m also not trying to be rude. All I’m saying is that when someone suggests a new treatment, particularly one that is expensive and that the salesperson suggests doing as often as possible on an indefinite basis, it is not enough to demonstrate a benefit. The treatment must show enough *additional* benefit over the more routine and inexpensive procedure to be worth the time and money. Why should she take anyone’s word for it if she can do the test herself with equipment she already has?

    • @SMeggl
      @SMeggl 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Laura Daigh Sure, let’s see if she did a comparison and hear her out.

    Is this like manga wave PEMF? Seems pretty similar. My mare really benefits from it. Gets done once a month for maintenance! She gets headaches and holds tension in her neck and back. Super cool to see her before and after!

    • @HarmonyHorsemanship
      @HarmonyHorsemanship  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No its different... capillary level

    • @adrienneschmitke9712
      @adrienneschmitke9712 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Magna Wave is using high intensity PEMF as a therapy. BEMER is using a low intensity PEMF as a carrier to their patented signal. It is this signal that is increasing microcirculation and vasomotion. :) great question

      Hi there, Adrienne from Fit to Compete here. Yes we also sell the BEMER units for horse and human, and it is a great addition to any stable. You can see the variety of cases we used it on just for the video! The unit in the video is currently $1000 off. Feel free to send me a message ftcompete@gmail.com or check out shop.bemergroup.com/en_CA/home?partner=ftc
      We can help with financing if needed, and getting you and your horses started with the unit once it arrives. Look forward to chatting with you!

    The Bemer treatment is very similar to Tens Therapy for people which you can see on TH-cam videos. It’s been very beneficial for people so Im happy to see it helps horses also.
