Members of Cantantes Angeli and Bel Canto choirs sang in the 2012 World Choir Games in Cincinnati, OH. This was the final song of the Music of the World Celebration Concert at the Aronoff Center for the Arts.

Is this actual title of the song? I am trying to find lyrics and chords for the song. I love the song, and it will take some arranging for a guitar and 1 voice, but I think it could be awesome.
