All of y'all make my heart happy. Your conversations remind me of MY glory days on eBay back in the day. Now, I've slowed down quite a bit. I have learned my limits. In my heyday, I was out buying at least 3 days a week. One guy here mentioned flea markets. What I found was talking to everyone, everywhere about what you do, what you are looking to buy. I put up cards listing what I "pay cash" for, I would also hand out cards at yard sales, estate sales and have even left them in ladies restrooms!! Sure, you may pass out a 100 and only get 6 calls, buy from two. It will always be a numbers game. Keep up the good fight~ All the best!!!!
I lived in Hurley, Pascagoula, Gulfport, Hattiesburg, and Brandon Mississippi. Andrew is right. Also, the Mobile, AL flea market has more liquidation junk than anything. Near Brandon and Madison are his best opportunities. I now live in the upstate of SC where thrift stores are great! Don't move here, though. Everyone's moving here from CA. lol
Well, I must congratulate everyone on the call today - it is amazing how far everyone (as a group) has progressed. Every single person was professional and to the point. Everyone knew their plans and where they are going. It was great to see. Sometimes if you are too close you cannot see the progress but today it was outstanding!

Start slow quality over quntity at first. Make habit of doing qulity work quality pictures qulity item description start doing things slow but in good qulity. Of you can do quality work slow and repeat you can speed it up and be fast later. I worked at a pizza place maneger worked there 5 years she knew everything about running a store and she was very fast. I realized she did not start knowing every thing about store. And i realized she started slow. And build up speed with time. Also work like a billioner and billioners always read new material about their buisness. They always work on improving. To your customers be the nicest person in the room. It pays to be nice. It really does? Why at a pizza place i worked we got an older gentlman he once was coowner of a pizza store they made a regular pizza store into multimilion dollar a yeat buisness on the phone with customers he was the nicest most patient person i noticed that about him as he was taking phone orders . Second thing he taught me was giving out menues with every order to try to turn every customer into a repeat custimer. So start slow start with quality work as slow as posible. Be as slow aa posible to get quality being your habit you can speed it up later. And create something like a catalog or some thank you note to your customers so its easy for your buyers to know what product you have and how to find you if they want some more. Purpose of a thank you note being included with every order is an atrempt by you to get one time buyer to become a repeat customer

Sales suck for everyone right now regardless of doing all the right things and we all assume the NDA with ebay was preventing you from telling the truth that ebay is somehow broken. Not saying that's what it was,
