The way Aegon was happy seeing Aemond coming just to get burned, that betrayal cut deep 😢
You think Cole will tell Alicent that he saw Aemond try to kill Aegon?
@bigkeno He's knocked out when Vhagar lands from deathspiralling Meleys.
Considering he humiliated the known kinslayer at the brothel he forced him to go to at age 13, dude kinda only has himself to blame
Sunfyre getting severely injured hit harder then I thought it would considering we've barely seen him.
It's really hard to find people who appreciate our best boy Sunfyre 😭
Ikr Aegon is such a twat, Sunfyre was so beautiful and probably the most loving relationship Aegon has in his whole rotten life. Don’t drink and fly….should be a Targaryen rule.
Agreed. He deserved so much better than that little effing psychopath rider of his. ALL dragons deserve better than ALL of these stupid aristocrats. Even Rhaenys, no matter how much we like her.
@@worldadventuretravelGotta agree. It's so tragic how living, breathing creatures are used as weapons and led/commanded to kill and to die.
Aegon II: "Brother, help me"!
Aemond: "Long Live The King".
~Betrayal~
Aegon II: "AAAAAH"!
Aemond is literally Scar from the Lion King. The scars they have are literally across the same eye.
At least, on some level, Aemond is justified with his dislike and hatred of his brother.
I will be checking youtube and tik tok until I see someone dub scar over Aemond (technically I saw a tik tok thats the Lion King scene but with someone writing the Targareyen names over the Lions. DOESNT COUNT!)
I legit forgot that Cole is basically their stepdad. Him being the only character who didn’t get aged up Season 1 always made it weird for me. Criston, Aegon and Aemond look the same age.
Sunfyre..... goodest boy of this saga 😞
"Who cares about Viserys think, he sucks" I love to see Hills dissing Viserys' each time she has a chance! Unfortunately, all the realm cares about what that man think/wants because this war is ALL his fault, we only seeing this mess because of him. He shouldn't matter, but the realm split appart because of his "intentions".
Your opinion is fuckin ass and so is hers. Viserys was just a kind soul. None of this is his fault.
I agree with all the Cole sentiments (the last five minutes of the ep the only thing i could think about is "Cole, get to your 'son'" - I wonder how Cole would feel in the next episode, given his role of a surrogate father to Alicent's children, he not only failed to protect his King, but also his surrogate son and the son of the woman he loves
I hate that cole is so hated by certain fans as if he's pure evil. Like he does have a legit reason for being so angry with rhaenyra and he was basically the closest thing aegon and aemond had to a father figure since viserys didn't care about them. People actually think cole is a worse person than daemon which is ridiculous.
I would kinda love to see him incredibly freaked out that Aemond was willing go the full Cain on his brother. Would be something to see him call him out. Maybe only for Aemond to throw back that he knows about him and his mother and put two and two together about Cole's past with Rhenerya.
@@idawg7332Team Black and their devout Rhaenyra fans call Cole an incel and it just makes me laugh because it shows how clueless they are. They love Daemon who abused Rhaenyra and killed his wife but Cole says a few words and he’s the devil 😂
@@user-lc1lb8lp8k Yep, they're so desperate to have rhaenyra be their new daenerys that they can't think rationally. Also people don't know what the word incel means anymore. It's just a term feminists use to talk about a man acting in a way they don't like. Cole is f*cking the queen mother, he's not an incel
@@idawg7332I ask this is honest good faith, but what it his legit reason for his hatreadb toward her?
Okay, I try not to spam with comments, but I just want to point out how badly Aegon's parents and everyone around him have failed him. Otto arranged his elevation, his mother has indulged him, Criston cares for him but never was able to guide him, because he's kind of just a little shit and nobody was able to prevent it. I wonder how much they thought of him as a person, and how much they think of him as a cog in the Iron Throne's machine.
Kind of a lil shit? He's a r×pist and Cole mentoring him would've made Aegon even worse with women.
We needed more of Sunfyre for the casual viewers to actually care. Considering they only gave us two minutes of Aegon in his drunken glory before they were shredded and burned, the impact of their near-demise is lessened.
No way, 30 seconds of screen time to care about a magical, amazing dragon is enough. One scream from a dragon is enough. It all comes down to whether you care about dragons. It doesn't have to be a specific dragon, just the fact they are dragons getting dragged into this pointless war of a bunch of pointless aristocrats for nothing other than their pointless power grabs. Suffering and being forced to turn on each other for nothing but shitty humans.
I think adding one scene of either Aegon flying over on Sunfyre in Jaehaerys’ funeral precession or him going to the dragonpit to grieve with his dragon might have been nice. But they did pretty good characterising him for only having like 30 seconds.
@@realdaggerman105 I definitely agree. In fact, switch Rhaenys' girlboss moment with Aegon riding Sunfyre and you save Rhaenys' character arc as well
I like how the explained the direct reason behind Daemon's dreams (aside from the fact that Harrenhal is a spooky place in and of itself) by revealing that the bed he sleeps in is made of weirwood tree and thus kind of kept the old-gods-magic continuity where you can experience magic via direct contact with the trees
LOL OR what I completely did not pick up on but that someone noted on Tumblr is that Daemon literally woke up bleeding and Alys WAS LICKING BLOOD OFF OF HER FINGERS I swear I love this lady more and more every minute
This episode gutted me :(

Such a good description of a weak man that gets right through "might"
You are honestly so brave for saying that. He’s not my fave nor my least fave, but some fans are legit sending his actor Fabien death threats😬
I'm starting to wonder what they're trying to do with Allicent's character. I understood a lot of her actions in S1, because it seemed like she really feared for her kids's lives and believed that Rhaenyra or Daemon would have them killed and what not. But in this season she just seems to not even care about them and they're portraying her as a horrible mother. It's such a contrast to S1. Sure she was never cuddly or warm, but in many instances you could tell she cared. Not a lot of time passed and S2 picked up right after S1, so how can there be such a contrast in character while the others stayed consistent?
they don't know what to do with her because she's barely relevant in the book at this part. However I do think the way she acts in this episode makes sense because her whole life was basically reduced to having a son and getting him on the throne, she thought viserys wanted that which she felt validated what she went through...and then rhaenyra completely shattered that idea in episode 3 so now she's lashing out.
@@idawg7332 Yeah makes sense for this episode, but I'm referring to everything since episode 1. She had a close relationship with Aemond, now that's just gone. Her relationship with Haleana I can't really place. She's very harsh with Aegon. It just feels like the writers totally flipped her character and are now just trying to make her the exact opposite of Rhaenyra. They're giving all the good qualities to Rhaenyra and Allicent all the worst ones. It just feels shallow.
I don't understand what they are going to do with her character for the rest of the story. She already doesn't give a fuck, doesn't believe in Aegon's claim or his qualities, so what's she's going to do?

@@idawg7332 so abandoning kids? What else? War against Daeron at the black council?
Making Aemond directly responsible for Aegon II's wounding and the harm to Sunfyre is such a change, I don't know how to process it.
I thinks that’s what’s implied in the book (albeit that it seems Sunfire was caught in the fight between Vhagar and Meyles and they just went feral on the poor bastard)
it is a horrible change, it makes things worse for the Greens, and makes Aemond an idiot.
Alys is quickly becoming my favorite.
😂 Vhagar just being like “okay I’ll go back to my nap.”
This episode filled with so much pain and loss 😢 and then you have Daemon at Harrenhal slowly losing his mind
Alys is everything, I already loved her but when she licked blood off of her fingers I was like this is THE queen.
Can’t express enough how much i loved the small details to show how Rhaenys is a seasoned dragon rider.
Chaining into her riding harness before flying upside down. Locking talons with Vhagar to make Vhagars giant claws redundant. Rolling into that 69 position to block Vhagar’s flames with Meleys underside and tail. Using Meleys speed to spin in circles until she gained ultimate velocity so that she can body slam Vhagar into the ground. Substituting Meleys speed for a lack of strength. Just a shame she didn’t get Meleys to chew Aemond in his saddle, she shouldn’t have assumed the crash landing would kill Vhagar.
Alicent frustrated the hell out of me in this ep. Why should Aegon listen to her when she doesn’t care that Rhaenyra’s faction is responsible for Jaehaerys’s death? She literally advocates for peace with the faction that killed her grandson. It was literally she who told Aegon for years that he would become king because there would be no other option. Stop simping for Rhaenyra and woman up, girlfriend! Defend your damn family. Aemond losing his eye should have been the point of no return for her. Instead, she said she thought Rhaenyra would be a “great queen” in ep 8 and said that she meant it in the Sept scene in 2x03. She’s pretty much part of TB in all but name. She’s selling out her own kids for Rhaenyra after she forced them into this position. Wtf!?
This show really does feel like a Shakespeare tragedy. Because every event in the show can be summarized in the phrase “and then it got worse”.
We were screaming when Sunfyre went down 😭 But of Rhaenys I could say only this - she died as she lived: Bored, looking vaguely into the middle distance.
Maybe Alicent was just playing it safe to not get pregnant in the first place.
I love the idea of Alys feeding off the power of Harrenhal...
Yeah like... Sort of treating the abortion tea as a morning after pill...? Like how viserys sent tea for rhae rhae~
Yes a witch is fitting for a cursed place like harrenhal lol
Yes, correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't that moon te she drank to abort the baby?
She’s holding the Westeros equivalent of a hot water bottle over her uterus and wincing while talking to Larys. That woman’s having an early miscarriage.
Probably didn’t want have suffer through another pregnancy, especially with the child of a rebound who only seems to be only interested in her as a weird way at getting back at Nyra. Already brought 4 sad kids into the world, probably doesn’t want to force another kid into a war torn hellscape she helped create.
@@brigidmadden5577 She literally couldn't have that baby. It would be a scandal. Cole would definitely be killed, and she would be banished in shame back to Old town. Besides the fact, I wouldn't put it past psycho Aemond killing it as soon as it was born.
Poor Sunfyre
Cole: Some of you may die. But that is a sacrifice I am willing to make.
also, really liked how much foreshadowing the words of Gunthor Darklyn bore for the upcoming events of the episode. Criston has already done many things that would have taken his right to the white cloak but failing to save his King was by far the heaviest blow to Criston's beliefs that he is still worthy of his position
Rhaenys death "And that's for Kings Landing!"
The Smallfolk will cheer when they parade Meleys. I hope the showrunners DON'T forget that episode 9 horrible scene. There must be some consequences for Rhaenys' actions, even after death.
THAT Aegon and Sunfyre scene is the best targ-dragon interaction in the franchise. On GOD.
Aemond wanted his brother dead. Otherwise he'd have flown right up with his brother instead of grounding his dragon after receiving the signal.
Maybe I'm being overly optimistic but I didn't take it that way, I think it would have been clearer if that was the case, and it makes sense to me that Aegon's presence would just throw shit off. Aemond and Cole went into the battle with a super specific plan, so for Aegon and Sunfyre to show up right as shit is going to go down would naturally confound everything. Given that Aemond also has no real battle experience, I don't feel like his reaction was that surprising or an indication that he was ready for Aegon to die.
Possibly it’s vague of enough where I can’t really tell if he is just pissed at his brother and treated him as collateral or if he in that moment saw an opportunity to become kind since legally he would be his heir I could be convinced of both right now
He definitely didn't value his brother's life in that moment.
He willingly risked killing him.

Viserys sucks, but belive me Hills, there can always be a Targaryen King worse than him LOL. It can always go worse. I don't think that's the case of Aegon II, however.
Just from the tactical perpective this battle was pretty interesting
Yeah, seeing dragons fight is both awesome but also interesting from the POV of the Targaryen dynasty and Aegon's conquest, like sure when you're up against an army and you have a dragon clearly it's going to be a knockout, but dragon v. dragon is a whole different ball game and kind of exposes how little the Targaryens understand about waging war that they aren't going to automatically win by virtue of strength alone.

15:19 Thank you for the vulnerable and empathetic insight. I don't think most viewers take that into consideration. I also have some empathy for Criston Cole. I actually don't hate him like most people do. I also find it strange that people hate Cole more than Aegon, when Aegon is a r*pist. Even though I am Team Black, I'm confident that I am not going to enjoy a single death in this show. I could be wrong, but I don't think will. I think I'll be sad, even for characters I dislike. When I watched _The Wire_ for the first time, there are so many characters I wished death upon. However, to my surprise, I was super sad when they actually died....except for one character at the end who I was so glad to see go. So far, there's no such character for me in #HotD.
I kinda get why Cole is getting more hate than Aegon because Aegon “owns” being a piece of shit the same way Bojack horseman does. They’re insufferable assholes who make self deprecating jokes, but will throw a tantrum if you actually confront them. Cole on the other hand is a complete fraud. He constantly breaks his vows from the very start but hides behind a physical image of being a literal white knight. I think hypocrisy is a just such a palpably loathsome quality for some people and it doesn’t help matters is that he has a bevy psychological issues he takes out on others. He constantly makes sexist comments against Nyra and gets involved with a coup partially to fuck with her. He’s the worst case scenario for someone in power. A petty dude who can’t accept any sort of responsibility and forces others to take the blame for his bad choices (i.e. harrassing Arryk for getting his cloak dirty after Cole left his post to be with Alicent)
@@brigidmadden5577 I hear you about Criston Cole. What I personally love about him is his internal conflict, which is very palpable. I honestly believe that Criston doesn't like himself, and I find that interesting. I would love to see all the main characters from #HotD go to therapy. Where I partly disagree with you is with Aegon. Yes, Aegon is openly an asshole, however we don't see him doing his worst crimes, and I think that's on purpose.
If we actually saw Aegon r*pe someone, or spent extensive time with his victims, the audience would have no sympathy for him. They wouldn't be able to enjoy hating him. They would just hate him. It's exactly the same with Homelander in _The Boys._
I think most audiences can enjoy bad guys up to a point, and depending on the type of terrible things they do. Sexual assault, and the gruesome murder of children, are the types of behavior audiences have a low tolerance for in fiction. This is why, IMO, writers downplay them when they want a character to have some likability. And it's because it's downplayed that most audiences forget that characters like Aegon and Homelander are r*pists.
It's also why #GoT never adapted the darkest sides of Tyrion, like the fact that he threatened to have Tommen r*aped in A Clash of Kings, and admits wanting to r*ape his sister for revenge in _A Dance with Dragons._ I also have a suspect, that even if the writer of #GoT wanted to include those elements of Tyrion's character, Peter Dinklage, the actor who plays him, would never agree.
Come on.... i can't be the only one who sang "be prepared." In my head, when Aemond tried to roast Aegon 😂

There is something that NOONE is talking about and it's bugging me like crazy. Just before her death, Rhaenys found out about Corlys' bastard and his adultery.
She looked utterly heartbroken talking to Addam.
At some point during the fight, it looked as though she just gave up. Her decision to return and face the might of Vhagar alone is puzzling.
Do you think the discovery of Corlys' betrayal of their decades long marriage could be a contributing factor?
I think she understood what men do when they go off to war. She even suggested Addam be elevated which Corlys may do in honor of his late wife.
Not only will I miss Rhaenys as a character but also Eve Best. She had such a presence.
Team Green, we eating good this week. Aemond and Ser Criston in all their mf'ing glory.
Criston Cole proving his value in battle and strategies, I love how his plans ARE working.
This ep hurt me. I didn’t cry, I just don’t tend to with tv and movies, but I was all emotional. Seeing rhaenys die (regardless of her previous actions) sucked, though vhaegar kicked total ass.
Also, all of Aegons flaws can be summed up with the idea of “good advice, BAD delivery” from those around him.
And I can’t tell if I’m more focused on Aemond being a baddy or sexy or both!
I cant defend Alicent this time. That was cruel and uncalled forthe way she talked to Aegon and shes partly the reason he tried that stupid stunt. She pretty much called her own son a nothing! Alicent seems more concerned about Cole than she does her own family, and I hope Aemond walks all over her.
Yeah that was horrible, and it really sucks cause he's desperately trying to prove himself even though he has no clue on what he's doing
100% agree! say what you want about Cersei but she did everything for Joffrey, no matter what he did.
the Show Version (book Cersei always had a more narcistic Streak, even more so than Show Cersei) was sympathetic because of how deeply she loved.
i blame it on the writing, because Alicent previously attacked Rheanyra Physically for what happened to Aemond and now she is pulling a Beatrice Horseman on him.
But the thing is she's right. There is nothing he can do because he doesn't understand the situation.

I wish they didn't care much about Viserys either or spoke about him in a positive manner, but I feel unfortunately it is in character for them to not realize how much Viserys sucked, at least not yet.
Some people belive Robert's reign was good because he had 15 years of peace, I feel it's the same with Viserys' case, just because his reign was peacefull can lead to the characters thinking it was more his merit than just him getting all the Jaehaerys fruity reign...

The tragedy of Rhaenys. She died twice this episode. Once when she sees the product of Corlys’ unfaithfulness and the second with Meleys. RIP Rhaenys and Meleys ❤️
I don't think that the show is saying that Alicent is pregnant (or was pregnant). I think it's showing that moon tea is like a really painful and intense form of Plan B that forces all of your uterus to shed its linning intensly and painfully. Gives context to all the women who have had to take moon tea in our stories. Also, I think the point is that she's pretending to give it to another girl that Aegon raped, like last season.
But if she IS pregnant and is getting rid of the baby, then maybe it's a precaution she took and it just turned out she was pregnant in the process and it was a good precaution. It might also be a parellel to Lysa when she was pregnant from Littlefinger.
Am I a bad person for being happy that Rhaenys is finally over?.. I went from a stan to a hater in a year lol
I think the mark of a great show is the ability to give me second hand anxiety.
Aemond speaking in high Valyrian gave me the fuzzies. Vhagar is a monster. Rhaenys and Meleys are bosses.
There's also a theory that Alice could be Melisandre since she was alive during this time and knows how to use magic/glamour to alter her appearance. probably not but that would be neat lol
Actually I prefer this Alys, I love that she's just a creepy goth girl rather than Melisandre's oversexualized seductress style witch.

Lizard brain: THE DRAGONS ARE FIGHTING!!! FUCK HIM UP MELEYS!!! KING AEGON THE CRISPY!!
I dislike the the dragon battle. I prefer the story of Aegon II and Aemond working together as brothers to ambush Rhaenys. Rhaenys outsmarted and defeated Aegon II but she was defeated by Aemond because of Vhagar’s strength and fire power. Aegon II and Aemond in the books cared for each other so much that the former wanted to build a statue of the latter. Imagine how impactful the scene would be portrayed if Aemond holds and screams words of encouragement to his burned brother to not die and find the will to live while a horrified Criston confirms Rhaenys’ death.
It’s funny that the show made the Greens more villainous than the Blacks when Game of Thrones is never a black and white story. If they ruin Daeron, I am so done (I lose faith in “the heart is in conflict with itself” narrative).
Also, Rhaenyra is pretty naive and weird this season. She should be motherly and ruthlessly calculating at the same time as the book indicated. She was not disliked for being a woman, she was disliked because she became a female Maegor.
I wished things were different in the show because I keep feeling that this show is messaging how incompetent women are in politics rather than show how women can be smart and competent like men. It is shocking and disturbing since the Rhaenyra, Alicent, and many other female characters are so competent and impactful in Fire & Blood. Only Rhaenys has been shown to be competent in the show as a GOT player which is a shame. Despite this, I really rolled my eyes when Rhaenys chose to fight Vhagar despite being clearly warned by Daemon that it will take two dragon riders to beat the old beast.
Ownnnnnn Hillary, you are so sweet. That's the most sincere moment I have ever seen a ASOIAF youtuber have. I am a great green supporter because of you
Here’s a question: Why does Alicent tolerate Larys? The way he goes through he things and such while in her chamber. Cersei would never! When Ned Stark got beside himself, right or wrong, Cersei put him in his place with a quickness.
Aegon being roasted by Aemond is such a "et tu, Brute?" moment
That was a friendly-fire airstrike by Aemond on Aegon. Aemond aimed Vhagar at Aegon intentionally to burn him. Then on the ground Aemond made a further effort to finish off Aegon, till Cole stopped him. At that moment Aemond was not trying to put Aegon out of his misery -- Aegon was clearly still / unconscious -- but put an end to him.
PS As far as Vhagar attacking Aegon on his own as he did with Luke: Vhagar was ignoring his Aemond's commands when he chomped Luke. Then there was an immediate look of horror and regret on Aemond's face. As for when Vhagar burned Aegon, Aemond had directed him by command, 'Dracarys.' And this time Aemond showed absolutely no regrets.
Aemond would have finished off Aegon if Cole hadn't shown up. He had his sword out.
theres an interesting what if. Cole arrives just a couple seconds later. he sees Aemond Kingslay/Kinslay. What does Cole do?
I felt for everyone this episode 😢
Weirdest part for me was how all 3 dragon riders get blasted or near-blasted by dragon-fire but only Aegon gets cooked
1:02 the black goat could be a reference to the Black Goat of Qohor, an Essosi god of death
Really want regret from aemond and brotherly love because aegon is a fuckup which isn't his fault, hes a douche but i felt thay when he became King he was going to be a better man then blood and cheese happens and it destroys him ,also this is an opportunity to give halaena sime agency and actually do something maybe some action with her dragon because theirs no point in having 4 dragons when the second biggest is doing buggerall
Men are dying but lets care about the fire breathing beast casting flame thrower
Yes, when it comes to animals dying on screen (even magical animals that don't exist), I do care more about them than random soldiers. Sorry.
Also felt badly for the horses too, just discovered Cole's horse died.
Yea it's actually insane when you remember criston has known and trained these boys since they were kids, I do like the bond criston and aemond have as like the greens only true blood fighters they are like nephew and uncle
I think that it was a nice paralel that Rhaenys died like her namesake, on dragonback, falling into a castle
Man, that look on Criston's face was hard to watch
How is Vhagar's big a55 sneak attacking tho lol
I love Alys' Irish accent 😁
honestly that rheanera and daemon actually had her grandchildren as a type of hostage should have been more focussed on. she literally has to side with the blacks because of daemon
Stop, Hills, you're making *me* cry 😭
Didnt think she'd literally cry with the vid title lol
Rheanyra was never really likeable, but the whole Black Fraktion is so unbearable. was it intended that Jace comes of as a Brat who does not respect his Mother? cause he comes of that way and his glare doesn´t help, the Actor just looks like he is making the Zoolander Move.
If this were any Other Fantasy Show, we know who would be the Hero: The King that comes flying on his Dragon to save evryone. it really is what would make a King beloved by Warriors.
and of corse they needed to show Alicent how she gets an abortion because she wasn´t framed evil enough.
Disagreed about Rhaenyra being unlikeable but yes, her Council sucks!!!! It really makes me angry to see them disrespect and just act foolish without even counsulting her.
@@phoenixfrommars5832 popping that Plan T was objectively one of the least evil "bad" things done by anyone in the show. You've been blinded by how upset you are that the show doesn't seem to agree with your character biases and now see every non-heroic action by Alicent as evidence of a character assassination.
@@hitskwaad not really, but i cann´t think of a point they wanted to make with that scene, other than Frame her as Evil cause she got an abortion while Rheanyra had all her illegitimate children.
@@phoenixfrommars5832 the war has started. Is taking the plan T in secret hypocritical? Sure, but all allowing herself to fall suspiciously pregnant now would accomplish is a dangerous blow to morale. Causing that (additional) p.r. disaster because she can no longer be bothered to keep appearances would arguably be the evil move.
Bruh sunfyre was way to underutilized I hope they really go in and show him off later bc after he's injured he stull does some cool shit
Poor Sunfyre 😢😢
Personally I took the black goat as a reference to the Brave companions.
Question! What do you think the chances are that they make Daeron Targaryen a Alicent/Cole bastard? I’m 50/50 at this point.
I would hate it if they do that as Daeron is a dragon rider so making him one when he has no Targaryan genes goes against the established lore of this world.
I think it’s more likely he just looks more like Alicent and doesn’t have the traditional silver hair his siblings have.
I think he's defo legitimate, for god's sake if Alicent is this torqued about sleeping with Criston and is blaming that for everything bad in her life now, I doubt she has been doing it for literally over a decade prior and managed to keep it a secret/didn't burst with need to "confess her sins."
@@HillsAliveYT yea it wouldn’t seem to make a lot of sense given some of the scenes we’ve had this season but given the show feels the need to remind us every episode “hey Alicent is a hypocrite for shaming Rhaenyra” it just seems like the show would want to find some reason to balance out the one character on the Green’s side that seems like the perfect candidate for King.
Black goat? I'm hoping Alys uses it to Green See
8:11 😢😢But Aegon is the rightful heir not trash...right hills?
I'm falling for Aegon because if the actor. He is sooo cute! I wish we had more scenes with him and kids and Sunfyre! But unfortunately, I know the showrunners wouldn't allow us to see more of Aegon's cuteness. I'm sure they gonna make him despicable in sake for the black team😒
Was the bigger dragon actually faster or something, making it impossible for the lady rider to disengage battle? I thought the smaller ones are at least faster.
The Blacks sending out their dragon fleet out piecemeal is just daft, bordering on a plot hole. They have a long discussion to determine who should go, when the extremely OBVIOUS answer is that they should ALL go. You must send out a force large enough to be capable of force protection. This is the safest and most conservative approach. You have two dragons circling above for anti-fighter cover as the third one engages, as the third one finishes the attack he climbs to join the circle and the next aircraft goes in. If queen can't be risked she can skip the ground attack role and stay circling.
Instead they fail to keep their assets concentrated and suffer a defeat in detail to the side with the smaller air fleet, but which arrives with 2 units (including its most valuable and potent by far) albeit it has fewer to spare in total. Experienced pilots shouldn't be this daft. We're told dragons are as valuable as nukes yet they're being sent in without wingmen and fighter cover even though resources to provide them exist.
I think what makes sense is if her dragon is exhausted/hurt from the fighting so far and this is the reason she is not able to disengage.
Finally, finally someone who feels for Aegon, Sunfyre and greens. All I see are biased, delusional and braindead, propaganda influenced black fans on twitter cry constantly for Blacks, but Aegon is objectively best character this season
@@user-jr9bu7em8s Being a green automatically makes u scum.
Except of course helena
In the books, didnt cole and aemond later seperate because of differences of battle strategies and aemond wanting to find daemon? I guess this will be used later to get aemond to split from his faction and go for daemon alone
Is she wearing noticeable make up?!
LOL yes, the FIRST time I decide to actually wear more than lip gloss/balm and it's the first time that I also cry 😭
You are crying for the Dragons an I'm loving see them falling 😅😅😅.
We will have to wait a few years for Jon Snow to finish destroying House Targaryen but this is good fun until that happens. Let's go Vaghar 😅😅😅
Fuck them dragons, except Tessarion and Sunfyre, they're chill.
Vhagar double agent for Targaryen haters, helping destroy her own kind lol
@@syedshakaibanwar2698 Greyghost is a chill dragon too! Never harmed anyone, he just wanted to fish in Dragonstone!
I was deeply saddened by what happened to Rhaenys and Meleys; I hadn’t read Fire & Blood in a while so I forgot how and where they died. And frankly I couldn’t care less for Sunfyre or Aegon.
The title can spoil it for some people that do not watch the episode right away.
Why did we only get, like, two short scenes to see Sunfyre in his full glory? 😭 He is so freaking cute 😭💔
Because watching people be sad is funny I guess
We were so robbed! I hope they develop Aegon's arc and connections with Sunfyre too, because he is very important for Aegon. Sunfyre was so cute and you could see how loyal he was to Aegon. Tom Glym Carney said Sunfyre is the one who understands Aegon best!
Because Sunfyre humanizes Aegon and the writers don't want that
@@Nalhirrim I'm not sure what episode you watched because I saw a ton of humanizing Aegon and they even have an embrace with Aegon and Sunfyre. Not to mention that bond is explored post-Rook's Rest in Fire & Blood. I swear some of y'all just watch to make yourselves miserable.
because the writers only care about team black
