It was a daytime talk show that only lasted one year, 1982. It was filmed in Los Angeles, CA and you are right the production company was Barry & Enright.
King WOrld would in the following few years become icons in the syndication world with Wheel, Jeopardy, Oprah, and others. Bill Hillier created Trivial Pursuit and the other 1993-94 interactive games on Family Channel, plus created PM Magazine
He is so lovable! And I loved his hair!
He's very talented. He can act and sing. He's awesome
He was the total package!
Interesting. Thanks for posting!
...and we all appreciate that!!

The theme music used was from the *Break the Bank* game show some years beforehand.
I didn't know Soap World aired on WOR-TV channel 9 in NYC. I recognize the voice of staff announcer Phil Tonken.
Oh man, TG is talented. But he does not need to sing. He is one of the best actors I've ever seen. I think he is a player though.
TG is a man of may talents, but singing isn't one of them. But he sure can dance. JMO
He has a beautiful voice!
I heard two things from Barry and Enright, the Break the Bank theme and Charlie O'Donnell's announcing.
By the way, where was it taped?
He completely ignored the black woman in the audience. It figures
I noticed that, strange, I don’t know how tru the rumors r, supposedly he had black significant other 4 quite some time.
