    How does versioning an API in the management tool translate into what the developer has to do in Visual Studio (such as branching or coding)? Are all code copied between versions?

    too bad that azure don't provide the option for "development portal" for Consumption plans

    if you have an API that you want to monitor with a specific instance of an appinsight, is this possible to configure it through api management? Instead of setting an appinsight for all apis?

    App Insight has really cool features and perhaps there is no need for a separate tracing tool like Yaeger.

    How can i do this without using portal, so let say I have an App service and whenever we publish I want API management to take that and update its operations and I also want to tag this pragmatically

      You can do that with PowerShell.

    Just terrible UX, why you have to create a revision from different tab or enable mock API after gets created.
