Ilkeston From The Air - Rutland Sports Park

The first of aerial drone flight videos above Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
This video takes a look at the Rutland Sports Park in Ilkeston. I used to spend a lot of time here in the 1960's for events like school sports days and the Ilkeston Carnival.
It was a pleasure in the summer, just to sit and watch a cricket match and have a picnic. They have made many changes to the old Rutland Recreation Ground include the removal of the old cricket scoreboard building which stood at the end opposite the pavilion.

I hadn't been there for some years and was surprised how good the facilities are.
